I’ve been a wrestling fan for as long as I can remember. I grew up loving the sport and have watched matches from all over the world. I’ve occasionally checked out Mexican wrestling promotions like AAA and CMLL, but I’ve especially enjoyed AAA since they began collaborating with WWE.
I’ve really been enjoying recent wrestling events like Worlds Collide and Triplemania XXXIII – they remind me why I became a fan in the first place! It’s been a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to see what WWE and AAA have in store for us in the future. I’m hoping others are feeling the same excitement!

Watching The Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide Shows The Past Few Months Has Been A Blast
I first checked out Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide in 2015 before a problematic Triplemania XXIII event, but I didn’t start watching regularly until WWE bought the promotion leading up to WrestleMania 41 in April 2025. Watching Worlds Collide: Los Angeles with my dad and brother in June was a fantastic experience – it was the first time in over 20 years we’d all watched wrestling together, and it really drew me in. We followed it up with Money in the Bank that same night.
I recently watched TripleMania XXXIII and Worlds Collide: Las Vegas – both are available to watch for free on WWE’s YouTube channel – and enjoyed them just as much. It was a really unique experience, from seeing Dominik Mysterio win a second championship by defeating EL Hijo del Vikingo for the AAA Mega Championship, to watching stars like La Parka and Psycho Clown wrestle WWE superstars.

Introducing Myself To New Wrestlers Is Making Me Feel Like A Kid Again
It’s been great seeing WWE stars like Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano succeed in AAA lately, but I’ve also discovered some new wrestlers I really enjoy. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., Vikingo, and Pagano have been exciting, but Mr. Iguana has really stood out – he’s unbelievably entertaining and has quickly become a favorite of mine.
Seeing Mr. Iguana and his puppet, La Yesca, wrestle Finn Balor and his puppet, Demonito, in 2025 was surprisingly fantastic – easily one of the most unique and enjoyable matches I’ve seen all year. It’s impressive how the company managed to make puppets feel like a natural part of the show and get the crowd so engaged.

If You’ve Never Watched AAA, Now Is The Perfect Time To Start
You can watch Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide events for free on their YouTube channel – you don’t need subscriptions to ESPN+ or Peacock. If you’re interested in getting into the world of Lucha Libre, now is a fantastic time, as it’s easier than ever to enjoy their exciting matches.
AAA’s online platform is similar to WWE’s classic content channel, offering a wealth of information about the company’s past, current events, and what’s coming next. I’m going to explore it now to see what’s available.
Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide has been incredibly fun, and it’s reminded me how much I originally loved wrestling. The last few months have shown me that this is only the start of something exciting.
