Isla Fisher suffers a wardrobe malfunction in a strapless sequin midi dress as she attends Jay Kelly film premiere in London

Isla Fisher had a slight wardrobe mishap while attending the London premiere of the Jay Kelly film on Friday.

The 49-year-old actress stunned in a sparkly, strapless dress that hit mid-calf, though she seemed to have a little trouble with the dress staying in place.

As she walked the red carpet she kept having to shimmy her dress up to keep it in place for photos.

Isla, who portrays Pamela Palmer in the Noah Baumbach film, completed her glamorous outfit with silver open-toe heels.

She styled her hair in a centre parting and and accessorised her look with drop down earrings.

Fans recently saw the Australian actress on set filming a new Netflix series. This came just weeks after she publicly announced her separation from Sacha Baron Cohen, who is 52 years old.

I was really surprised to see that they announced their split – it looks like it happened sometime in 2023. They shared the news on Instagram with a photo of them dressed for tennis, which was a bit of an unexpected way to do it!

The picture was shared with a message saying that, after more than 20 years of playing, we’re finally retiring our tennis racquets.

We filed for divorce in 2023. We’ve always valued our privacy and have been handling this transition respectfully and quietly.

We will always love and support our children, and we kindly ask for privacy at this time.

I’m so excited to see George Clooney play a movie star in this new Netflix film! He’s acting alongside Adam Sandler, who plays my character’s manager, Ron – a role Sandler is perfect for, honestly. It’s going to be a great pairing!

The film boasts a fantastic cast including Laura Dern, Jim Broadbent, Riley Keough, Billy Crudup, Greta Gerwig (the director of Barbie), and, of course, George, Adam, and Isla.

I was absolutely captivated by the first trailer! It’s heartbreaking to see him questioning everything, even with all the adoration he receives from his fans and the people around him. It really makes you think about what truly matters, even when you seem to have it all.

While attending an Italian film festival celebrating his work, and accompanied by his manager (played by Adam Sandler), he was initially praised as a cinematic icon, but then faced a tough question about consistently portraying himself in his roles.

To which he snaps back: ‘You know how difficult it is to be yourself? You try it’.

Throughout their fast-paced European adventure, George repeatedly tells himself he’s ‘Jay Kelly,’ suggesting he’s lost interest in the excitement of the entertainment world.

Greta Gerwig’s husband, Noah Baumbach, directed the movie and co-wrote the screenplay with British actress Emily Mortimer.

The movie follows two longtime friends who reconnect for a weekend getaway and unexpectedly recapture the fun and energy of their younger days.

‘They face hilarious mishaps and heartfelt moments which force them to finally grow up’.

I’m so excited to share that the new film, *Jay Kelly*, will be hitting select theaters on November 14th! If you miss it in cinemas, don’t worry – it’ll be streaming on Netflix starting December 5th. Mark your calendars – it’s one you won’t want to miss!
