Victoria Beckham recently shared details about her life at home with her husband, David, after being married for over 25 years.
The 51-year-old fashion designer explained that while they don’t often watch TV together, they enjoy spending time reading.
She said they don’t watch a lot of television, usually just getting hooked on a show now and then. They recently enjoyed watching Sylvester Stallone in ‘Tulsa King,’ and they both enjoy listening to podcasts.
I enjoy reading thrillers before bed, so I was jokingly suggesting that David Beckham might want to be careful…
Victoria is going to read a book and share her thoughts with David. He prefers to buy a new copy for himself instead of borrowing his wife’s, due to his obsessive-compulsive disorder.
The singer also talked about her bedtime skincare, mentioning she uses an LED mask every night.

The mom of four shared that her husband, David, is a loud snorer, so she uses earplugs to get a good night’s sleep.
As a lifestyle observer, I’ve noticed Victoria’s become well-known for her serious expression – she rarely smiles for the cameras or at public appearances. It’s become a bit of her trademark, that stoic look!
The 51-year-old fashion designer recently explained why she rarely smiles for photos on the red carpet – and the reason involves her husband, David.
She explained that the success of her Netflix documentary ultimately depended on David being supportive, or ‘on her good side’.
She explained that she’d always looked unhappy in photos for years because whenever they walked the red carpet, this man always stood on her left side.
I recently noticed something interesting: when I smile, it naturally curves to the left. If I try to smile using the right side of my face, it doesn’t look quite right and I appear unwell.
‘So I’m smiling on the inside but no one ever sees it – so that’s why I look so moody.’
Victoria later shared in the documentary that a blow to her self-esteem made her reluctant to smile.

She shared that she felt lost after the Spice Girls broke up in 2000, especially when she tried to launch a solo career and recorded the song ‘Out of Your Mind’ with Dane Bowers.
However, she lacked public support at the time. Victoria remembers people and the media wondering what she was trying to achieve.
I’m not the strongest singer or dancer, but it really bothered me when people were unkind and I started doubting myself. Constantly being told I wasn’t good enough made me incredibly self-conscious.
I’ve often heard from couples about how personalities can shift over time, and David shared something really relatable about his wife, Victoria. He remembers first meeting her as someone incredibly smiley, bubbly, and confident – just radiating positivity. But he noticed, over time, that those qualities seemed to fade, and it was something he observed happening gradually.
You know, I used to get a reputation for being…well, let’s just say not very cheerful! And honestly, they weren’t wrong. All the negativity and public criticism really started to get to me and chipped away at my confidence. It’s tough when people constantly attack you, and it definitely takes a toll on how you feel about yourself.
As a result, she began to tense up whenever she knew she’d been spotted.
‘The minute i see a camera, I change,’ she explained. ‘The barrier goes up, my armour goes on and that’s when the miserable cow who doesn’t smile comes out.
I’m very aware of this and it bothers me – I don’t want to be someone who feels this way. I wish I could confidently leave a restaurant with a smile, but I struggle to do that.
Victoria Beckham’s new Netflix series is created by the same team behind the popular documentaries *Beckham* and *Becoming*, building on the success of her husband David’s recent docuseries.
The documentary explores her fashion brand and shows what it was like preparing for her Paris Fashion Week show last September.
David Beckham, a famous England football player who married Victoria in 1999, had a very popular Netflix documentary last year, and Victoria also appeared in it.
David shared that it took some convincing to get Victoria to participate in the new documentary. However, he praised her as incredibly dedicated and intelligent, and believes everyone should see her work ethic.
Victoria Beckham is streaming on Netflix now.
