Denise Richards held on to two men as she was seen exiting court in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

After the legal issues were settled, Denise linked arms with a friend and her bodyguard for support.

The 54-year-old actress, currently going through a difficult divorce with Aaron Phypers, wore a beige trench coat. The coat featured gold, double-breasted buttons and a matching belt that highlighted her waist.

She had blonde highlights in her hair, styled with a side part and pulled back neatly. She wore large, dark sunglasses that hid her bright blue eyes.

And the mom-of-three stepped out in a pair of open-toe high-heeled sandals with Perspex straps.

This follows her recent court testimony where she stated her soon-to-be ex-husband, Aaron, 53, caused her concussions and that she had a better marriage to Charlie Sheen.

Phypers also said that Richards ‘bruises easily’ after she shared a photo with a black eye. 

A former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills revealed on Tuesday that she was allegedly abused by her ex-partner.

In court, while seeking to make a temporary restraining order against Aaron permanent, she testified that he had given her at least three concussions, according to People magazine.

The actress described an incident that occurred at a Chicago hotel in April 2025, saying her husband squeezed her head so tightly she feared he would crush her skull.

She also said her difficult marriage to Charlie, 60, had a silver lining: he always fought fair and never resorted to low blows.

The performer received a temporary restraining order on July 16th, just 11 days after their spouse filed for divorce.

According to someone familiar with the situation, the actress and her lawyers are making false claims, and he is confident he will win the case for a domestic violence protection order.

Oh my gosh, they *showed* the video Denise recorded back in August! Aaron’s lawyers played it during the hearing, I read all about it in People magazine. It was insane to think I was seeing something *she* filmed… I need to see it again!

She contrasted her six-year marriage to her earlier relationship with Charlie, whom she was married to from 2002 to 2005 and with whom she has two daughters, 21-year-old Sami and 20-year-old Lola.

‘Things were bad with Charlie and I, but he never hit below the belt,’ she said.

In addition to her daughters with Charlie, Denise is also mother to adopted daughter Eloise, 14.

Aaron claims he found out near the end of their relationship that Denise had been having an affair with Rudy Reyes, a former member of special forces, for several months.

In a letter to family and friends, she alleged that Rudy sent her explicit photos and videos, including a video of him naked and engaging in a sexual act.

He told DailyMail.com that he first suspected his wife was having an affair back in April.

He claimed she’d agreed to end the relationship, but then he found out she was hiding another encounter with Rudy. It happened the next month at a Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, California.

He said finding out about her May affair caused a huge fight over the Fourth of July weekend, and that she broke his phone during the argument.

Okay, so things are getting really tough for Aaron and Denise. He initiated the divorce on July 7th, and just a week later, Denise responded by asking the court for a temporary restraining order. She’s made some serious allegations of domestic abuse, but Aaron is strongly denying everything. It’s a really difficult situation, and unfortunately, it’s playing out publicly. As someone who follows these things, it’s a reminder that divorce can be incredibly complex and painful for everyone involved.
