Hilaria Baldwin mocked for still ‘processing’ elimination from Dancing With The Stars… after breaking down in tears

Hilaria Baldwin faced criticism after expressing her continued surprise and sadness over being eliminated from Dancing With The Stars, an event that reportedly made her cry on Wednesday.

Some trolls took to X to tell the beauty to ‘get over it’ or ‘put on a stiff upper lip, please.’

The 41-year-old actress shared on social media that she’s coping with being eliminated from the show during Disney night, with support from her husband, Alec Baldwin, and their seven children.

Hilaria shared that she spent the day caring for her children and helping them work through their feelings. She also expressed deep gratitude to her family, friends, Gleb, *Dancing with the Stars*, and everyone who has supported her.

‘I’m excited to cheer on my cast mates. I love you all,’ she concluded. 

I was completely mesmerized by a recent clip showing off her makeup for Tuesday’s performance! It was so glamorous – she had gorgeous glittery details around her eyes and a really striking, smoky eyeshadow look. It really completed the whole vibe!

She wore a complicated hairstyle, with her hair pulled up and decorated with thin silver ribbon woven throughout and fastened at her forehead.

Another video was taken as she strolled backstage wearing a black robe as well as slip-on shoes. 

She held a big smile on her face while carrying a black duffle bag and clothes in her hands. 

Before the audience arrived, Hilaria was spotted practicing a dance routine with Gleb.

I was totally captivated by one of the clips – she was wearing this incredible, shimmering bodysuit with feathers, and practicing a dance routine with her partner right in front of a mirror. It was a real moment of behind-the-scenes glamour!

She also shared clips of her performances with Gleb on the reality competition show, which began its thirty-fourth season last month in September.

Her recent post also featured heartwarming photos of her family showing their support, including her children and husband, Alec, cheering her on behind the scenes.

Following her elimination from Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday, Hilaria spent Wednesday at the beach with her kids.

She shared a quick video of them having fun on the beach, and another showing the group dancing and walking towards the camera.

Hilaria was eliminated from the show during week four, which featured a Disney-themed night to celebrate Disneyland’s 70th anniversary.

After being eliminated, she expressed her gratitude, saying it had been a wonderful experience. She thanked everyone involved, especially her children and family, for their support.

“This is fantastic! I’m rooting for everyone in the cast. It’s been a truly amazing experience,” she said.

Julianne Hough turned to her dance partner, Gleb Savchenko, and asked him what else he wanted to share after hearing him express his pride in her.

He told her how proud he was of her, calling her a superhero both in the dance studio and as a mother. He admired her dedication and passion for dance, saying she was truly inspiring, and he felt lucky to have shared the experience of dancing with her.

Oh my gosh, you guys, I was *screaming* when I saw Hilaria’s intro! Not only was she there, but Alec Baldwin was with her, and FOUR of their adorable kids! They were all at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland – can you even imagine?! It was the cutest family moment, and they were having so much fun before Hilaria went on stage. I’m seriously obsessed with this family!

The actor shared that their children are incredibly important to them and are big Disney fans. They hope to deliver a great performance as a way of showing their gratitude for all the support the kids have given them.

After dancing with Gleb, she jokingly suggested that if she advances to the next round, she might share a dance with Alec.

For their quickstep, Hilaria and Gleb performed to Cantina Band from Star Wars: A New Hope.

Before the judges tallied their scores, host Julianne Hough reminded Hilaria how much it meant to her to avoid elimination and continue on the show, mentioning she’d be dancing with someone special next week.

‘I do. I have somebody special. Can you imagine who that is?’ Hilaria teased.

‘It might be your other father,’ she joked as Julianne added, ‘Alec.’

She also expressed her hope to remain in the competition.

I’m excited about a special dance performance we’re planning for next week. It’s something I’m very passionate about, and I think it will be a really touching experience for my whole family, especially my kids who have been so wonderful and supportive. I’m hoping it all goes well.

Hilaria and Gleb earned a score of 23 out of 30, but they won’t be continuing on the show next week.

Her exit from DWTS was met with a mixed reaction among some viewers.

‘HILARIA ELIMINATED THANK GOD,’ one wrote on X, and another shared, ‘HILARIA IS GONE WE DID IT.’

One viewer admitted to voting for everyone, even contestants they disliked, simply to get Hilaria eliminated. Another expressed mixed feelings – they were happy to see Hilaria gone, but worried that future eliminations would be more difficult.

Hilaria told E! News she was having a complicated reaction to being eliminated. ‘We’re doing okay, but it’s definitely not great,’ she said, describing her feelings as ‘mixed.’

She explained that when they first arrived in Los Angeles, she jokingly asked her daughter – she’s very open with her children – what would happen if she was eliminated immediately.

Hilaria shared, with emotion, that her child had said, “Mommy, at least you tried.” She expressed hope that her children would always remember she did her best.

The performer received support from her husband, Alec, and some of her children while she was performing.

The couple got married in 2012 and now have seven children: Carmen, age 11; Rafael, 10; Leonardo, 8; Romeo, 7; Eduardo and Maria Lucia, both 4; and Ilaria, 2.
