Tammy Hembrow may still be dating Australian Rules Football player Bailey Smith, according to a recent suggestion from her.
The influencer landed at Sydney Airport on Thursday sporting a pair of large, brightly colored shorts. They were in the colors of the Geelong Cats – white and navy blue – the team they support.
As a style enthusiast, I couldn’t help but notice Tammy’s shorts – they looked almost identical to a pair Bailey modeled in Cotton On’s latest campaign! It’s always fun spotting those pieces that are trending and being worn by different people.
The 31-year-old added a fitted white tank top that showed off her surgically-enhanced bust.
Tammy completed her outfit with a pair of black ballet flats and carried a brown designer purse.
She had on minimal makeup with a soft pink lipstick and wore her blonde hair down in waves.
This happened shortly after Smith appeared to indicate to Tammy that he only saw her as a friend during an interview on the Kyle and Jackie O Show on KIIS FM.
During a live broadcast, he stated that he and Tammy are simply friends and confirmed she wouldn’t be joining him at the Brownlow Medal ceremony.
Kyle Sandilands asked, “What’s happening between you and Tammy? Are you going out with her tonight?”
Okay, so everyone keeps asking if Bailey and I are *more* than friends, and honestly, it’s ridiculous! He said he didn’t want to overwhelm her with football talk all night – she’s really not into it, you know? He just wants to be friends, and that’s all there is to it! Seriously, we’re just mates. It’s so frustrating people won’t believe him!
‘So, you guys aren’t exclusive or boyfriend and girlfriend?’ co-host Jackie Henderson questioned.
Bailey confirmed: ‘No, we’re just mates.’
The football player went on a few dates with Tammy, but reportedly ended things after learning about her previous relationship with her ex-husband, Matt Zukowski.
According to a source at the Daily Mail, some of Matt’s friends spoke to Bailey and explained the true story of what happened.
The news wasn’t flattering to Tammy, but Bailey was grateful to be warned, and it gave him a lot to think about.
Matt and Tammy were married for just seven months before their split.
Weeks after announcing the breakup, Tammy was spotted getting cosy with Bailey on the Gold Coast.
Although sparks initially flew, sources say Bailey quickly cooled on the relationship.
‘He was open to seeing where things could go, but in the end he called time,’ another insider said.
