Annalise Dalins has shared an update with fans after recently being rushed to hospital.
The fiancée of Collingwood player Josh Daicos, an Australian Football League (AFL) personality, worried fans last week after being hospitalized with appendicitis and a burst cyst.
I’ve been so worried about her, but thankfully, she’s now sharing what happened! She’s using TikTok to tell everyone about the health issue that landed her in the hospital. It’s a relief to finally hear from her directly.
She explained in a recent video, which has already been viewed over 152,000 times, that she woke up last week with the worst pain she’d ever experienced.
‘It was like 3am. I woke Josh up and I was like, “Oh my god, you need to take me to the hospital.”‘
However, instead of going to hospital, the model took a Nurofen and went back to bed.
‘Why did I do that? I just feel like us girls we always push through,’ she added.
After talking with a friend who works as a trauma nurse, Annalise decided to see a doctor, figuring it was best to get checked out just in case.
She was then rushed straight to emergency services.
She explained that things quickly progressed to needing tests, but doctors were unable to determine the cause of her pain – whether it was related to her ovaries or appendicitis.
I stayed overnight and had my appendix removed first thing the next morning. It turned out I’d also had a ruptured ovarian cyst. While the surgery is minimally invasive, it was still very draining.
Annalise went on to assure fans that she was feeling much better.
Even though she previously joked that her fiancé was looking for a plus one to the Copeland Trophy Awards on Friday, she announced she would be attending after all.
Despite still being on bed rest, she felt well enough to visit the Copeland, wanting to see people and get a little bit of gentle exercise as her doctor allowed.
She ended the video by expressing her gratitude for the support her fans showed her while she was dealing with her health issue.
Oh my gosh, she actually *said* she’s grateful for all our love and support! It just completely melted my heart! She knows we’re always here for her, cheering her on, and it means the world to her – and to me! I’m just so happy she acknowledged it all. It’s everything!
This follows Annalise’s impressive outfit at last month’s Brownlow Medal count, which turned heads.
She looked like a Disney princess when she arrived at the AFL awards night, wearing a beautiful blue tulle dress.
The beautiful dress had a strapless top and a fitted waist, highlighting her small waist and slim shape.
Her full skirt was made of layers of blue tulle that faded into lighter shades, creating a beautiful, flowing train behind her.
The woman, known for her blonde hair, chose understated jewelry: simple diamond studs and her eye-catching engagement ring.
