Lily Phillips, who creates adult content, says a man she briefly met at a pub showed up at her house around 12:30 a.m. Her family is now worried about her safety.
In an interview on Metro’s ‘Just Between Us’ podcast with Diana Vickers, 24-year-old Phillips recounted a ‘strange and dangerous’ experience that happened to him late at night.
Phillips said she first encountered the man at a pub earlier in the day. She was then surprised and worried when he unexpectedly appeared at her home in Cheshire a few hours later.
She said: ‘I had someone knock at my door at 12:30 last night.
‘I texted my brother about it: ‘He was like, oh my God, please be careful.’
I met someone at the pub, and later that night, he showed up at my house. He’d actually driven all the way there.
‘I could see him through my Ring doorbell: he kept saying he just wanted to say hello.’
Phillips explained that people she doesn’t know have visited her home before, and this is starting to worry her family.
She shared that her brother advised her to publicly identify the man on social media as a way to discourage others. He believed it would send a clear message and prevent him from bothering her at home.
‘My brother wanted me to blast him on social media’, Phillips said.
He hoped a simple message would discourage visitors: a request not to come to his door.
I generally have good experiences with people, but I’m starting to be a little more cautious and wonder about their motives.
I’ve had visitors before, younger people, but it was always during the day. That’s just something about living in a small town – you get more unexpected drop-ins.
It’s normal for younger fans to want to greet us and take photos. However, being approached around 12:30 AM feels a bit unusual and potentially unsafe.
‘Maybe I just need to be a bit more careful.’
Phillips became well-known for performing provocative sexual acts, most notably a stunt where she slept with 101 different men within a single day.
Stacey Dooley was recently featured in a BBC documentary called ‘Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over’. The show revealed her parents’ worry about her job, and her father admitted he’d do whatever it takes to convince her to stop.
She told Vickers she understands why her parents struggle with her career choice.
As a parent, the very first thing you hope for your newborn isn’t for them to become a porn star. It’s safe to say that’s not on anyone’s mind when they welcome a new child into the world.
It makes perfect sense they’re protective of me. They still see me as a child.
They don’t seem to recognize my maturity as an adult. I also don’t discuss my sexual life with them.
‘They’ll never fully understand why I do it.’
