For months, it has been the question on everyone’s lips on Brighton’s golden mile.

Who is Zana Pali dating after her divorce?

It’s been a year since socialite Zana’s breakup with well-known Melbourne lawyer Gianni Romano made headlines, and we’ve learned she’s now dating someone new.

On Sunday, the pair were seen together in public for the first time, driving a striking red Ferrari 812 Superfast worth $650,000.

At first he was billed as a ‘mystery man’ – but his identity isn’t a secret anymore.

The new bloke in Zana’s life is real estate investor and developer William Vavasis. 

William, through his company Vavasis Family Group, recently purchased the upscale Carmel at Sorrento hotel for $10 million.

It was the largest Sorrento property transaction in a decade. 

We learned from our sources in Brighton that Zana and William were dating, so we looked closely at photos from her past trips to Europe and found a few inconsistencies.

Although Zana presented the trip as a simple family vacation, it appears she also met with William at the well-known Scorpios beach club in Mykonos.

The first piece of evidence is a photo of William. He’s wearing a black shirt and sunglasses and is pictured at the beach during sunset.

Okay, so I was totally scrolling through Zana’s stuff and found this video from Scorpios, and I swear, it had the *exact* same vibe as that other thing! I’m talking the same amazing lights wrapped around the palm trees – it was like seeing a piece of my dream come to life, honestly. I knew I wasn’t imagining things!

I noticed another detail in Zana’s Instagram gallery – she shared a video of herself on a cute little boat, and it had the most amazing quilted cushions! It really stood out to me.

William posted a relaxed photo taken on the boat, showing a woman’s legs resting on his lap.

Exhibit three shows a photo William posted of him holding hands with a woman who had a very noticeable ring on her finger.

Lo and behold, it matched a ring Zana was wearing as she dined at Scorpios.

Even though Zana’s photos were posted in July and William’s in September, they were clearly taken at the same time.

Zana tends to share things as they happen, but William prefers to wait before posting his vacation photos.

We don’t know exactly how they met, but they have one thing in common: a friend named Rita Panahi, a well-known conservative commentator and host on Sky News.

Zana and Gianni’s split has been the talk of the town since they called it quits last year.

After becoming well-known as a glamorous couple on the show My Kitchen Rules in 2016, the former partners are now going through a difficult and complicated divorce.

Zana is now seeing William, and Gianni is dating a beautiful brunette named Gracie Stewart, who looks a lot like his former wife. They’ve both started new relationships.

One neighbour jokingly suggested these two would be perfect for a reality show like ‘The Real Housewives of Brighton,’ saying their lives are already full of enough drama to make good television.

Sources say the couple, who were portrayed as the ‘villains’ on the show MKR, reportedly split last year, and the separation quickly became complicated.

‘They don’t talk unless it’s about the kids,’ a source previously told the Daily Mail.

Gianni and Zana got married in November 2014 on Hayman Island and have two sons, Leo, born in 2018, and Romeo, born in 2020.

Zana declined to comment on her relationship with William.
