The singer, age 34, shared a playful photo on Instagram of Cara Delevingne during dinner, showing a bit of cleavage.
Rita showcased several fashionable outfits while on the carousel, including a white dress with a low-cut, plunging neckline.
She relaxed on a velvet sofa, completing the look with strappy heels and oval sunglasses to protect her eyes.
The TV personality then shared a photo of herself with friends on a balcony, followed by a mirror selfie taken on her way to the gym.
She captioned the post: ‘FASHAWN kiki’s.’
Rita was seen out and about after finally resolving a long-running dispute with her neighbors. The disagreement centered around her plans to build a gym in the garden of her £7.5 million home, which they considered unsightly.
Her proposals caused strong reactions from residents, who worried the new, modern gym would disrupt their quiet way of life.
People criticized Rita for damaging the local environment to make way for a new gym, and worried the large glass doors would turn it into more of a noisy, brightly lit display than a fitness center.
An entire nearby block of flats jointly lodged a complaint opposing the build.
Local residents protested that those who moved to the area for peace and quiet shouldn’t have to deal with bright lights, loud noises, or a reduction in their privacy.
While the plans mention soundproofing, the bifold doors imply that music or voices could be heard at any time of day.
The property next door has a rule against big parties or gatherings, put in place to help keep the neighborhood peaceful and respectful.
This proposal goes against our current agreement and could lead to disagreements, complaints, and potentially even lawsuits.
The group also stated that the proposal seemed designed to benefit the owner while ignoring the negative consequences for nearby neighbors.
As a local lifestyle expert, I’ve seen communities rally before, and this is a great example! Basically, everyone on my street, and the two next to mine, got together and wrote a really strong letter objecting to a new building planned for the area. We all feel it would be a serious eyesore and would negatively impact the look of our neighborhood. It was a unified front, and we made our feelings very clear!
The letter stated that, surprisingly, the current owner previously expressed a desire to protect and celebrate the historical value of the garden. They described it as a peaceful haven for butterflies and a variety of birds – robins, herons, and even, occasionally, peacocks have been seen there.
Building a modern gym and destroying the area’s natural environment would clash dramatically with the historic character and peaceful atmosphere of this protected building.
The post also featured a link to a YouTube video where Rita enthusiastically showed off her garden, calling it her ‘secret little paradise’.
The Masked Singer judge explained that they enjoy making the space cozy with a rug or blanket and simply relaxing while enjoying the scent of the flowers. That’s their usual routine there.
