Veteran Australian actress Isabel Lucas is pregnant at 40 with her first child.
The Home and Away actress shared the happy news on Instagram Monday, posting adorable photos of her baby bump with her partner, Cyrus Sutton, as they celebrated the upcoming arrival.
A photo showed the expecting mother looking beautiful on the beach, wearing black lace underwear and a flowing white cover-up.
The mum-to-be gently caressed her growing belly in the scenic snap.
A new photo featured the Australian model looking lovely in a white outfit, showing off her baby bump as she relaxed on a white picnic blanket with flowers.
She wrote in the caption that sometimes it’s easy to find the right words, but other times the feeling is too big to explain – all you can do is simply feel it.
‘A new forever exists here. Among petals of silent wonder and pure love,’ she added.
‘Together we hold this miracle with tender heartful hands.’
Isabel, who will be 41 in January, is expecting her first child next year, in what she and others are calling a ‘miracle’ pregnancy.
Isabel received an outpouring of supportive messages from her famous friends after announcing she’s expecting a baby.
‘Congratulations Angel,’ fellow Home and Away star Sam Frost gushed.
Evie founder and model Brittany Hugoboom simply wrote: ‘Wow’.
‘Stunning. I love you and this little star being,’ content creator Samantha Neal shared.
The post also revealed Isabel’s new boyfriend, American film director Cyrus Sutton. They publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram in August.
Photos showed the couple affectionately embracing in front of a beautiful waterfall. Cyrus, 43, was shirtless and displaying his physique.
‘Where dreams rest,’ the Australian star captioned the series of romantic images.
Cyrus is both a professional surfer and an accomplished documentary filmmaker, having directed several award-winning films, many of which focus on surfing.
Cyrus landed an Emmy Award in 2005 for his film, Next Wave: A Tsunami Relief Story.
Isabel shared a series of photos on Instagram showing her and her partner lovingly looking at each other and embracing.
It’s unclear how long the couple has been dating.
Isabel was last linked to a man named Samuel back in 2023.
