Exclusve – Stephan Dennis on his Strictly dancing debut and THAT exit

On Sunday, people were talking about a possible leak of the *Strictly* results, suggesting someone connected to the show or audience had revealed them. Ross King from *GMB* and *The Apprentice*’s Thomas Skinner were at the bottom of the scoring chart, making them the most likely contestants to be eliminated during the results show which began at 7:15pm on BBC1.

Viewers were surprised on Saturday to learn that Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel-Horwood, Anton Du Beke, and Motsi Mabuse would each take on the role of Head Judge. This left everyone wondering who might be eliminated. However, Ross King unexpectedly advanced to the next round. Unfortunately, Tom Skinner and his partner Amy Dowden were in the bottom two and had to leave the competition. Motsi didn’t have to make the deciding vote this week.

Digital Spy recently spoke with Neighbours actor Stephan Dennis, 66, at the Inside Soap Awards on Monday night. Dennis, who has famously played the character Paul Robinson for over 30 years, said he’s determined to do well in the competition and hopes to be continuing his dance journey in the UK through the holidays.

He accepted the ‘Best Daytime Star’ award, explaining he wasn’t drinking and was focused on rehearsing. He also expressed his happiness to be part of the show.

Talking of the end of Neighbours, he added: ‘Who knows, another network might pick it up.’

Sarah Ellis, who edits the magazine *Inside Soap*, really loves the show. She’s such a fan that she once traveled all the way to Australia just to appear as a background character in a bar scene!

“It was the absolute best moment of my career,” she said with a laugh. “Growing up, my biggest dream was to be on the show *Neighbours*.”

Okay, so I just found out some cool news! Dianne Buswell, who you probably know from *Strictly Come Dancing*, is pregnant! She and Joe Sugg, a YouTuber she met when they were paired up on the show back in 2018, are expecting a baby boy. Both of them are originally from Australia, by the way – Dianne’s from Perth. It’s awesome to hear they’re starting a family!

After the show ended, the couple realized how much they cared for each other, and their feelings quickly turned into love. Recently, they shared the exciting news on social media that they’re expecting a baby boy in early 2026, announcing it with the song ‘Tiny Dancer.’ It’s so sweet!

We’re eager to find out who will be eliminated next week, and we’re especially curious to see how well Jason Donovan performs. A little support from Australia for him would be great!
