FKA Twigs made a striking appearance in a black leather outfit at the Rick Owens show, and then continued to Schiaparelli’s runway show during Paris Fashion Week on Thursday.
The singer, 37, whose given name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, really stood out at the two fashion events, displaying her distinctive fashion choices.
While seated in the front row at the Rick Owens fashion show, FKA Twigs donned a black head covering made of fabric. She complemented this with a black dress featuring only one shoulder.
She added inches to her statuesque frame as she slipped into a pair of thigh-high leather boots.
Not long after, and following a speedy trip through the city, FKA Twigs made a unique impression at Schiaparelli’s glamorous event with a striking metallic headpiece she wore upon arrival.
She showed off her toned figure wearing a black, velvet, long-sleeved top. The top had padded shoulders and a silver stripe running down the front.

FKA entered wearing tall, black leather boots and matching black leather pants.
Paris Fashion Week will take place from Monday, September 29th, to Tuesday, October 7th. Many celebrities are anticipated to travel to the French capital to attend the shows.
Fashion designers like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Givenchy will unveil their newest lines, and Victoria Beckham will hold her highly-awaited show in Paris on Friday. Expect a stunning display of style.
FKA Twigs was seen out and about after sharing that she continues to feel unsafe, even months after reaching a settlement in her domestic abuse case against her former partner, Shia LaBeouf.
The singer dropped the lawsuit in July, almost four years after initially bringing a public case alleging abuse against the actor.
Based on legal filings, the British singer (whose full name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett) asked to drop all accusations against LaBeouf, 39, with prejudice, which means she won’t be able to pursue the legal matter again in the future.
The legal case, which began in 2020, asked for $10million to cover harm caused by claims of sexual battery, assault, and the emotional suffering experienced during the relationship between the two people involved.
Speaking out following the settlement, FKA Twigs admitted she still doesn’t feel safe.

She told THR.com: “I don’t really feel safe, to be honest. I’m very dedicated to supporting groups like Sistah Space and No More, and helping survivors however I can.”
She further told The Hollywood Reporter: ‘I believe it’s less focused on me now and more about what the future holds. Simply put, I’m trying to move forward with my life.’
I remember when they first got together! It all started on the set of Shia LaBeouf’s 2019 film, Honey Boy. FKA Twigs actually had a role in the movie – it was a really cool, semi-autobiographical project for Shia, and that’s where they met and started dating. Honey Boy is a pretty special film, and it’s amazing to think their relationship blossomed from that experience.
You know, as a performer, there’s nothing quite like connecting with your audience. In a recent interview, I shared that I get really emotional when I’m on stage and hear the crowd singing my songs back to me. It’s a truly special feeling, and honestly, it’s one of the best parts of what I do. Hearing that energy is just incredible!

She explained: ‘I wrote those pieces when I was feeling incredibly frightened-afraid for my own well-being, worried about my career as an artist, and anxious about what the future held for me as a person.’
I often think about different communities – like women, transgender people, the LGBTQ+ community, and people of colour. I have these big concerns that frequently occupy my mind, even keeping me up at night.
When Twigs and LaBeouf reached a settlement, lawyers representing both sides stated that the issue had been resolved through a private agreement.
