Kris Jenner was surprised to see her former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner, in a preview for season seven of The Kardashians.
The 75-year-old woman is appearing on the Hulu reality show for the first time, and footage shows her arriving at a family meal.
Kris and Caitlyn were married from 1991 to 2015. Their divorce followed after the retired athlete, previously known as Bruce, publicly came out as a transgender woman.
Oh my gosh, you guys, in the trailer, Kendall just *broke my heart*! She said, and I’m quoting because it’s just *so* important, ‘I think my mom’s had a hard time inviting my dad to some of our family gatherings, but my dad should be included in things.’ Seriously, can you even imagine? It’s just… everything. I need them all to be happy together! I’m completely obsessed with this family and this is just… heartbreaking!
The camera then focuses on a pair of sneakers being delivered to the house, and we see they belong to Caitlyn.
‘Dear heavenly father, give me the patience, because I’m about to lose my s***,’ Kris said.
After Caitlyn walked in the front door with her arms around, Kris said: ‘Oh, my God.’
I’m so excited to see that Rob Kardashian, who we rarely see, is popping up in the new trailer! And of course, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick, is back as well. It’s going to be interesting to see how things unfold with both of them involved!
Elsewhere, Kim’s role in the Ryan Murphy series All’s Well is documented on the new season.
‘I am shooting a TV show,’ Kim said. ‘We are having a girl’s night at my mom’s house with the cast.
Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, and Jessica Betts, who were her co-stars, are pictured at Kri’s home wearing pyjamas and enjoying martinis. Sarah playfully referred to the house as ‘her own’.
Kim testified in Paris against the 10 men who threatened her with guns in 2016. Of those accused, eight were convicted.
I was absolutely shocked when I received a call from investigators. They told me someone I’m incredibly close to had actually put a hit out on my life. Honestly, I’m terrified. That’s what I shared in the trailer – I’m just completely out of my mind with fear.
During a 2023 appearance on This Morning, Caitlyn revealed that she and Kris rarely speak to each other now. They have very little contact these days.
‘Well Kris, I really never talk to anymore. Yeah, it’s sad,’ she said.
If there’s any news, my manager usually speaks with her. And, with a large family like mine, you naturally feel closer to some children than others… I definitely keep in touch with them and we stay connected in various ways.
I feel more aligned with the Jenner family, but I haven’t spoken to Kris in a while. It’s a little disappointing, considering everything we’ve been through together.
The Kardashians season seven premieres on Hulu on Thursday, October 23.
