The 28-year-old model and influencer went for sushi with her friend Justine Skye at Sushi Park in West Hollywood, following her trip to Paris Fashion Week.
On Wednesday evening, Hailey was seen heading to dinner looking stylish in a relaxed outfit – a white t-shirt paired with a loose-fitting leather bomber jacket.
She completed her outfit with wide-leg, low-rise blue jeans and black flip flops.
For the evening, Hailey completed her look with stylish black sunglasses and delicate gold hoop earrings.
This dinner outing follows closely after her trip to Paris, during which she attended several events.
On Tuesday night, she attended the Virgil Abloh x Colette exhibition during Paris Fashion Week, alongside Bella Hadid and Naomi Campbell.
Businesswoman Hailey chose a white fur jacket, pairing it with light blue, loose-fitting jeans and gold strappy heels to add some height to her look.
The exhibition Virgil Abloh: The Codes at the Grand Palais in Paris reimagines Colette – the famous Parisian concept store that shut its doors in 2017, according to Vogue.
Virgil was an American fashion designer and businessman. He passed away in 2021 at 41 years old after a fight with a rare cancer.

The mom, who has a son named Jack Blues with her husband Justin Bieber, chose a flirty yellow silk playsuit with white lace for the Saint Laurent fashion show in Paris.
She shared several beautiful photos on her Instagram, showing off her fit legs and shapely figure while striking various poses.
Gigi Hadid, 30, a fellow model and close friend, quickly commented: ‘Jack’s mom has got it goin on!‘
Kylie Jenner, 28, was also in awe of the look as she simply penned: ‘well s**t.’
Also at the Saint Laurent show was fashion royalty Kate Moss and newlywed Charli XCX.
Hailey was in Paris without her husband, Justin, who recently announced he will be headlining Coachella next year.
Sources say the founder of Rhode played a significant role in convincing Justin to be the festival’s headliner.
‘She nudged him and is always in his corner hyping him up,’ a source told Us Weekly.
He believes this is the ideal method for sharing his latest music with his audience, and he’s really enthusiastic about the chance.
Even though Justin had previously turned down opportunities to be a main performer, a source revealed: ‘Hailey was definitely the main reason Justin decided to perform at Coachella.‘
People who know them said that, because she was raised listening to his songs, she constantly jokes and tells him he’s the Justin Bieber.
Having seen how eager his fans were for his return to performing, she strongly encouraged him, saying, “You have to do this!” She understood firsthand the importance of him being back on stage.
