Nicole Kidman pictured for the first time since Keith Urban divorce… as friends share brutal new details of her ‘humiliation’ and why he finally ‘grew tired’

Although she was reportedly caught completely off guard this week by her husband’s decision to end their marriage, Nicole Kidman is remaining strong.

The Daily Mail has published exclusive photos of the Australian actress, 58, for the first time since her split from country singer Keith Urban, 57, after 19 years of marriage. She was spotted enjoying a hike in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday.

Kidman appeared noticeably relaxed and informal, supported by her sister, Antonia – one report even called Antonia ‘her rock’ during this difficult time.

She highlighted her fit figure with a close-fitting sports top and leggings. She shielded her eyes with large sunglasses and casually tucked her strawberry blonde hair under a baseball cap.

While taking a walk on a path near the $4 million home she shares with her husband, Urban, and their two teenage daughters – where she’s been staying – Kidman seemed to be having a serious conversation with her sister.

The actress was laughing as she hiked around four miles. She often used expressive hand movements while walking. Sometimes, she walked with her sister, linking arms and touching her heart.

They have a lot to talk about.

News surfaced on Monday that Urban had left the family home in Nashville and relocated to a nearby residence. This followed reports suggesting he felt a lack of intimacy in the marriage was making him unhappy. The move came amid claims of marital dissatisfaction.

Kidman, said insiders, was shocked.

However, just a day later, she filed for divorce in Davidson County, Tennessee, stating that they had irreconcilable differences.

The new allegation leaking out of Nashville: Urban, 57, has already moved on.

According to a source who spoke with the Daily Mail on Tuesday: ‘The word on the street is he’s dating someone younger who also works in the music industry. It’s the main topic of conversation right now.’

Even for those in the know, the details remain elusive.

One friend told the Daily Mail that Urban hasn’t talked about whether he is ‘dating anyone else’.

Even so, the idea that another woman might be involved is likely very upsetting for Kidman – especially as she seems to be facing a second divorce. She previously ended her marriage to Tom Cruise in 2001, after 11 years together and raising two children.

For her part, Kidman has been devoted to Urban ever since they first met in 2005.

Even though Urban didn’t speak to her for four months after that, they eventually started dating and quickly got married in June 2006.

Problems arose very quickly. In October 2006, Urban entered a rehabilitation center in Palm Springs to address his addiction to cocaine and alcohol.

That Christmas Eve, a model named Amanda Wyatt publicly stated she had been having an affair with him before his wedding. Urban immediately and strongly denied the claim.

Kidman remained completely devoted, and together they had two daughters: Sunday Rose, who is now 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

According to a source who spoke with the Daily Mail, ‘If Keith is having an affair, it would be incredibly humiliating for Nic.’

She makes a real effort to stay youthful and fit. It’s not just for her acting roles, but also to please Keith. She would often ask him if she still looked attractive, and he always told her yes. However, he started to seem annoyed by her constantly needing his approval.

Kidman has been enjoying something of a resurgence in recent years.

She appears remarkably youthful, with smooth, flawless skin, a fit body, and a knack for switching up her look. She maintains she’s never had surgery or cosmetic procedures, except for trying Botox once – but she didn’t like the results and had it removed.

She claims the key to her success is consistently using sunscreen carefully, taking beauty supplements, and following a strict exercise plan.

Playing more provocative characters recently – in films like Babygirl and A Family Affair, and the Netflix series The Perfect Couple – has reportedly given her a new sense of freedom and self-assurance, according to those close to her.

According to our source, she’s likely feeling quite shaken up, particularly if Keith has left her for someone else. It’s almost certain her confidence has taken a big hit, they added.

In a surprisingly harsh act, Urban seems to have reworked a previous love song originally written for Kidman, now featuring the name of his 25-year-old guitarist, Maggie Baugh.

During a recent performance, he changed a line from the song. Instead of singing ‘When they’re tryna get to you, baby I’ll be the fighter,’ he sang ‘When they’re tryna get to you, Maggie I’ll be your guitar player.’

Baugh posted the video on Instagram on Sunday – a day before the news about the split became public – and added the caption: ‘Did he just say that.

Following strong rumors of another woman being involved, fans have predictably criticized Baugh, filling her social media with accusations of being a ‘homewrecker’.

Neither Baugh nor Urban have commented on the rumors. However, beyond that single lyric, there’s no evidence to indicate Baugh is in a romantic relationship with him, or that she played any role in his divorce.

I heard from someone close to Urban – they spoke to the Daily Mail – and they said he’s not discussing his dating life at all, whether he’s seeing anyone now or will in the future. But, thankfully, he’s reassuring everyone that he’s going to be alright and that we shouldn’t worry about him going down a self-destructive path. He really is OK, apparently.

In other words, no need to worry about a relapse into addiction.

Urban’s focus, the friend says, remains solely on co-parenting his daughters.

‘Keith tends to avoid dealing with his problems when he’s struggling,’ his friend explained. ‘I’m worried he might turn to alcohol to cope. He insists he’s doing alright and that everything is fine, but he won’t say anything more about it.’

He won’t be publicly complaining or falling apart over his divorce. His main concern is his children and how they’ll adjust to life with separated parents, and he assures everyone he’ll remain committed to staying sober for their well-being. I want to think he’s being honest about that.
