Nicole Kidman is seeking to be the ‘primary residential parent’ for daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 14, as she files for divorce from Keith Urban – with some very unique requests

In the context of her divorce from Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman is seeking to be designated as the main caregiver for her daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. She is requesting primary residential parent status.

According to court documents, the 58-year-old actress and the 57-year-old country singer have come to an uncommon agreement regarding how they’ll raise their children. Nicole will have the children for 306 days each year, while Keith will have them for only 59.

Keith will have the children every other weekend, starting at 10am on Saturdays and ending at 6pm on Sundays. Nicole will be responsible for their care at all other times.

The couple, who are no longer together, have agreed on how they’ll share holidays with their daughters. Nicole will spend Mother’s Day and Easter with them, and Keith will have them for Father’s Day and Thanksgiving.

Oh my gosh, you guys, the papers say Nicole and Keith are totally committed to making all the big decisions about their daughters *together* – how sweet is that?! And get this – apparently Keith already paid for *all* of their child support upfront! It says right here that neither of them will get a monthly payment because of it. Seriously, it’s so thoughtful! I just *love* how dedicated they are to their girls.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always happy to see co-parents prioritizing their children! This couple has made a really positive commitment: they’ve agreed to avoid speaking negatively about each other, and they’re going to actively encourage each child to maintain a loving relationship with both parents. It’s wonderful that they want their kids to feel comfortable and secure in both family environments. That’s a huge step towards healthy co-parenting!

As a long-time fan, I was so saddened to hear that Nicole filed for divorce from Keith on Tuesday after 19 years together. It seems they’re citing irreconcilable differences, which is just heartbreaking after so many years.

Recently, the former couple has been kept separate due to their busy work commitments with filming and touring. A source previously shared with the Daily Mail that Kidman was ‘blindsided’ by the breakup.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, a source says that Urban has reportedly started dating someone new – a younger woman who also works in the music business.

According to a reliable source in Nashville’s music industry, the buzz is that he’s dating someone younger who also works in the business. It’s the main topic of conversation right now. People are eager to find out her identity, but so far, it remains unknown. Everyone wants to know who, but so far, that’s a mystery.

The Daily Mail reached out to Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s representatives for a statement, but they haven’t responded yet.

Nicole Kidman was married to Tom Cruise, 63, for 11 years, from 1990 until 2001. During their marriage, they adopted two children: Isabella, who is now 32, and Connor, 30.

Currently, Urban, who is renting a home in Nashville, reportedly isn’t showing any interest in getting back together. Reconciliation doesn’t seem to be on his mind at the moment.

People close to Kidman share that even the thought of him being with another person following their split has been very upsetting for her to come to terms with.

The Australian actress and her husband, Urban, were last publicly spotted together in June. They were photographed at a FIFA World Cup game in Nashville, Tennessee.

The country singer has been touring extensively throughout the year with his High and Alive World Tour. He’s scheduled to perform in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Thursday.

Nicole Kidman and her children have stayed in Nashville, at the $4 million property the couple owns.

In July, Urban subtly suggested there were problems between him and Kidman. He abruptly ended a phone interview with a radio station after they asked a disrespectful question about her recent, explicit scenes in films like Babygirl and A Family Affair.

While discussing her Netflix show The Perfect Couple last September, Kidman shared her belief that a truly “perfect” marriage doesn’t exist.

‘There’s no perfect anything,’ she said, ‘anything that’s presented as perfect… forget it.’

Earlier that year, Kidman said she was ‘so lucky’ to have met the singer.

‘I’m so lucky that I have Keith who’s just my love, my deep, deep love,’ she told People magazine.

I feel very fortunate to have Keith… he allows me the freedom to pursue what I need to, knowing I always have a place to return to,” she continued.
