Ed Sheeran is mobbed by fans as he jumps on a tourist bus to film new music video with Camila Cabello in New York

Ed Sheeran joined Camila Cabello to film a new music video in New York City on Tuesday. 

The 34-year-old singer, whose new album Play came out earlier this month, dressed casually in an off-white T-shirt. He seemed to be giving Camila, 28, instructions while filming a scene inside a G-Wagon, keeping the atmosphere low-key.

They’ve already given us two absolute masterpieces: “South of the Border” with Cardi B back in 2019, and then “Bam Bam” in 2022! The singer of Shape Of You wore a relaxed shirt and loose-fitting navy pants while walking around Manhattan, carrying his guitar on his shoulder.

He finished his outfit with bright green Nike sneakers and then hopped on a tour bus to play for a group of excited fans.

In a candid moment captured offstage, Ed was surrounded by enthusiastic fans. They all held up their phones, hoping to get a photo or video of the singer while he was performing.

Despite the busy shoot, Ed looked in high spirits as he took a break to pose for the cameras. 

Ed has moved to New York with his wife, Cherry, and their two young daughters as he gets ready to tour the United States.

He frequently travels internationally for work, but recently shared in a podcast that he and his family will be temporarily living in the United States during his current tour. He described this as ‘settling’ in, though it’s not a permanent move.

On the 2 Johnnies podcast, he mentioned: ‘I’m in the process of relocating to America. It feels like I’m the only one making that move.’

I’ll be touring there for an extended period, and with my family to consider, I can’t just make brief visits. We’re planning to relocate and establish ourselves there.

He had mentioned before that moving to the United States was a possibility, as he was interested in switching to country music.

Ed said earlier this year: ‘When you transition to country, you can’t transition back.

I absolutely love Nashville – it’s my top city in the US, and I’ve always dreamed of moving there to pursue a career in country music.

Even though the US recently took action, reports surfaced earlier this month that Ed Sheeran has expanded his £3.7 million ‘Sheeranville’ estate in Suffolk. He apparently spent £1 million on a farmhouse nearby, which he plans to use as a personal retreat, or ‘man cave’.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen a lot of incredible homes, but this singer’s property is truly something else! He’s been working on it for the last ten years, and it’s become this amazing personal retreat. It’s not just a house; it’s a whole world! Think a cozy pub, a fun tree house, a refreshing swimming pool, and even an underground music room. And the cinema? Wow! It boasts a massive 35ft by 20ft screen – perfect for movie nights!

People are saying his newest property is very close to Sheeranville, and he’s currently renovating it to add a gym, a bar, and a bowling alley.

He purchased a historically significant, Grade II-listed farmhouse along with the surrounding land, and is transforming it into a comfortable second home. He probably intends to host gatherings there and use the property as a creative space for composing new music.

The property has many barns, and Ed is currently in the process of renovating them. He’s turning one into a recording studio.

According to a source who spoke with The Sun: ‘Ed transformed an old piggery into an amazing recreation room. It now features a bar, a gym, a pool table, and – something he’s always dreamed of – a bowling alley.’

Daily Mail have contacted Ed Sheeran’s representatives for comment. 

The celebrity, with a net worth of approximately £200million, has gradually been buying land surrounding his property in Suffolk. However, this hasn’t been without issues, as Ed has previously had disagreements with those living nearby.

The singer, whose properties are collectively worth an incredible £70million, has faced multiple lawsuits concerning land ownership – both his own and disagreements with neighbors about expanding their properties.
