Let me in you f***ing b****: Watch Alice Evans’ Ring doorbell meltdown at ‘old woman’ – as her neighbours tell KATIE HIND how ‘out of control’ star is terrorising them and reveal disgraceful behaviour in her new LA block

She recently relocated to a new apartment in Los Angeles with her two children, following a very public and difficult divorce that garnered significant media attention.

Following her public criticism of her former husband, Ioan Gruffudd, and his partner, Bianca Wallace, it seems the British actress Alice Evans is now facing issues with those who live near her.

Looking distressed, Ms. Evans-who shares two daughters with Gruffudd-is captured on previously unreleased Ring doorbell video from July 11th calling a neighbor names, referring to her as a ‘bh’ and a ‘scary old woman.’ This footage emerged just six weeks after Ms. Evans moved into the apartment.

The actress, best known for playing a part in 102 Dalmatians – the film where she first encountered Ioan – appears very angry as she insists her female neighbour open the door for her.

Ms Evans shouts: ‘You have to f****** answer the door right now.’

Oh my god, it was insane! When the other woman wouldn’t listen, Ms. Evans just kept saying she was going to call 911! She was so upset, insisting this neighbor had been harassing her for ages. And she just yelled, ‘You need to f stop!’ It was terrifying, but honestly, I’m totally on Ms. Evans’ side. This neighbor is clearly the problem! I’ve been following this case and I just can’t believe the nerve of some people!

She later claims her neighbor left notes on her car and then verbally abused her. Ms. Evans continues, saying: ‘You’re deliberately trying to ruin people’s lives, you really want to mess things up for them. I’m going to contact the police. And you’re refusing to let me in?’

You are incredibly difficult for everyone to deal with. Do you realize that? People generally dislike you. You come across as an intimidating and elderly woman.

The neighbour questioned Ms Evans about her intentions and claimed she was recording ‘everything’ and sharing it online. The neighbour then criticized Ms Evans, saying she was ‘very dramatic’, and added: ‘I just want to live in peace.’

People close to the situation say Ms. Evans is upset because her neighbors left notes on her car. Apparently, she’s been parking in a way that blocks them from leaving.

As a longtime follower, I’m hearing some concerning things from Ms. Evans’s neighbours. Apparently, those who live in her building – in Encino, Los Angeles – feel she’s become ‘out of control’. Several of them are actually losing sleep, becoming really stressed by her actions. It’s really worrying to hear, and I hope she gets the help she needs. I’ve been following her career for years and this is just so unlike her.

According to one account, after Ms Evans used her Ring doorbell, a neighbor asked her to quiet down at 2:30 am because she was being too loud.

According to my source, ‘Alice is really bothering a lot of neighbors – things are escalating,’. Apparently, if anyone speaks up about it, she yells at them. This is creating difficulties for people who were previously enjoying a quiet life before she moved in.

Other residents have complained about noise and disruptions caused by her. Alice specifically seems to have a problem with a woman she’s been yelling at, as captured on the Ring doorbell footage – she really dislikes her. It’s also been reported that Alice herself is causing disturbances, which isn’t right. This is unfair to other tenants.

Alice and her former husband, Ioan, who wed in a lavish ceremony in Mexico in 2007, have been locked in a contentious and highly publicized disagreement for over four years, ever since they separated in March 2021.

The news followed a social media post by Ms. Evans revealing that her husband of 14 years-an actor known for his role in the Fantastic Four superhero film-was leaving her and their two daughters, Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11.

Following their split, the former couple has been embroiled in a progressively contentious divorce, with details unfolding through court documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

During their highly publicized disagreement, Ms. Evans shared in February that she faced eviction from her previous residence due to an inability to cover rent-even though Gruffudd was providing both spousal support and child maintenance payments.

In May, Ms. Evans, age 56, stated in legal filings that she faced potential homelessness within three weeks due to her extremely difficult financial circumstances after her divorce. She described her situation as ‘dire’.

She subsequently started a fundraiser for her divorce, creating a GoFundMe campaign that has currently collected $18,828. However, she confessed she felt ‘so embarrassed’ to have to ask for help in this way.

However, in June, Ms. Evans announced that she, her daughters, and her dog Emma are now sheltered and still have their belongings. She expressed her gratitude to fans for their kind donations.

She shared: ‘I just wanted to let everyone know that my friends and I, along with Emma, are safe… The last few days have been incredibly hectic, but we got through it and were even able to save all of our things!’

Oh my gosh, I seriously don’t know where I’d be without all of you! I was completely losing it, at my absolute wit’s end, and honestly, you saved me. I’m just so overwhelmed with gratitude for all the love and kindness. I could never, ever have gotten through this without you all!

‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will keep you posted. Love you so much.’

I understand how incredibly difficult it is to ask for help, and it really struck me when she shared her feelings of shame after doing just that. She previously explained the constant struggle, saying, ‘You know what I’ve been through. It never ends. I’m just getting squeezed in every which way and smeared in the media so that nobody even wants to employ me.’ It’s a heartbreaking situation, and it highlights the pressures people face when they’re constantly under public scrutiny.

Ms. Evans originally stated she feared becoming homeless by June 1st of this year, explaining she was unable to afford her rent and that all shelters in Los Angeles were at capacity.

According to my source, ‘Alice now has a comfortable home, but she continues to argue with her neighbors.’

‘It’s not fair. Others in the block are beside themselves and they have had enough.’
