Inside Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s massive $282 million property portfolio amid Hollywood golden couple’s shock split

Nicole Kidman, 58, and Keith Urban, 57, successfully created a large and valuable real estate portfolio throughout their relationship.

With the highly publicized separation of this famous couple after 19 years together, the future of their $282 million real estate holdings is now uncertain. It’s unclear what will happen to their properties as they navigate the split.

One of the most notable properties they own is a large estate located in the Southern Highlands of Australia.

In addition, the property portfolio includes a lavish duplex in Manhattan, a grand mansion in Beverly Hills, and a spacious home located in Nashville.

The couple also spent millions buying at least six apartments all within the same building, which has views of Sydney’s well-known harbour.

With rumors of divorce swirling around this famous Hollywood pair, the Daily Mail is showcasing their impressive and expensive real estate portfolio.

Milsons Point, Sydney

In May 2023, news emerged that Nicole, a well-known actor from Hollywood, purchased her sixth apartment. The property is located in the luxurious Landmark Latitude building in Milsons Point, on Sydney’s North Shore.

The Big Little Lies actress spent a remarkable $7.7 million on a stylish three-bedroom home, boasting impressive views of Sydney Harbour.

With this purchase, Nicole and Keith – who each own property through separate companies – have now invested a total of $27.5 million in the building.

The celeb couple first bought a 420sqm pad on the 21st floor in 2009 for close to $6 million.

After three years, they purchased the neighboring 380 square meter apartment – which was a bit smaller but offered improved harbor views – for approximately $7 million.

In 2011, she also spent $2.68 million on a 19th-floor apartment, which the Oscar-winner first used as a home office.

Their penthouse suite in the building was where the pair hosted an annual New Year’s Eve bash.

I was so excited to see that in 2023, the couple – along with their amazing teen daughters, Sunday and Faith – threw a truly glamorous New Year’s Eve party in their incredible home. It was such a luxe affair, and I was so happy they decided to ring in the new year in such style! #newyearseve was definitely a night to remember!

Nashville, Tennessee

In 2010, two years after getting married in 2008, the Academy Award-winning actor and popular singer-songwriter purchased a large 20-room home in Nashville, the heart of country music.

Built on a 1,115 sqm estate, they shelled out $4.89 million for the palatial property.

This property features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, plus recreational amenities like a tennis court and swimming pool. It also includes a home theatre and a dedicated hobby room.

Beverly Hills, Los Angeles

That same year, Keith and Nicole bought a large home in Beverly Hills with five bedrooms and five bathrooms for $6.77 million.

This home features a luxurious master suite that occupies the entire upper level. It includes two large walk-in closets, a beautifully designed bathroom, and a generous sitting room that also functions as an office.

Manhattan, New York

In 2010, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban spent $13.53 million on a beautifully designed duplex in the trendy Chelsea area of Manhattan. This upscale neighbourhood is known for its fashionable appeal.

This stunning apartment at 200 Eleventh Avenue offers three bedrooms and two terraces, all with beautiful views of the Hudson River. It’s a truly spacious and luxurious residence.

It includes, notably, Nicole’s Audi Q7 SUV, valued at approximately $54,000, and she is often seen driving it.

As a longtime follower, I was really interested to see that in 2020, they expanded their New York real estate holdings. They purchased a two-bedroom apartment in Tribeca for $5.3 million (which was US$3.5 million at the time). It’s always exciting to see what they’re adding to their collection!

Southern Highlands

Bought in 2008 for $6.5 million, early in their marriage, the couple’s large country property in the Southern Highlands was considered the most prized Australian asset in the Kidman-Urban family’s collection of real estate. This estate was a true gem in their portfolio.

This stunning property, situated on 45 hectares of land approximately 145 km from Sydney and close to the small town of Bunya, is currently estimated to be worth $12 million. It features six bedrooms.

The main house features a classic sandstone porch, decorative pressed metal ceilings, an impressive carved cedar staircase, and 10 original marble fireplaces.

After purchasing the property, the couple added several luxurious features, including an 18-metre swimming pool, a gym, and a regulation-sized tennis court.

The home is also surrounded by large grass mounds to block out prying eyes.

The Daily Mail reported on Tuesday that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have separated after 19 years of marriage and raising their two children together.

As a longtime fan, I’ve been really worried to hear that the Oscar winner and her musician husband have been spending time apart recently. It seems their busy schedules – she’s filming, he’s touring – have really taken a toll. I was shocked to read that Kidman was supposedly ‘blindsided’ by this separation, according to a source. It’s just so sad to hear, and I really hope they can work things out. I’m following the story closely, hoping for a positive resolution.

According to a source, Keith and Nicole rarely see each other, as she’s often filming and he’s frequently on tour. While there was a strong connection between them, and divorce isn’t necessarily off the table, they lead separate lives where they don’t really share the same space. It’s a complicated situation.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve observed many relationships, and with Keith and Nicole, it’s clear they share a deep history – decades together creates a bond that’s hard to dismiss. There’s definitely a foundation there, a world of shared experiences they *can* reconnect with. However, right now, the dynamic just isn’t functioning as a healthy couple should. It feels like they’re existing alongside each other, rather than truly being a partnership. It’s a delicate situation, but not beyond repair if they’re willing to address the core issues and rebuild.

Representatives for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have been contacted by the Daily Mail for a response, but have not yet replied.

The Australian former couple share daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

People were surprised in September by reports that Nicole was spending a significant amount of money each month to live in an impressive London house, and that Keith wasn’t around.
