Phoebe Burgess lists her lavish four-bedroom Tuscan-style Southern Highlands property for $2.25million

Phoebe Burgess is selling her beautiful home in the Southern Highlands, which is designed in a Tuscan style. It’s listed for between $2 million and $2.25 million.

The 36-year-old, previously married to rugby player Sam Burgess, bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Burradoo in April 2021 for $1.7 million. She used money from her divorce settlement to finance the purchase.

This two-story home sits on a large 6,949 square meter lot and boasts modern, stylish architecture. It features roomy, open spaces perfect for living and dining.

The home features a large kitchen, a formal living room, a study, a laundry room, and four bedrooms with views of beautiful lawns and established trees.

The property, fondly known as Acre Hill, includes a pony paddock, a chicken coop, and beautiful gardens. Phoebe once called it a ‘little farm’ in a particularly desirable and scenic location.

The home also features a cozy wood-burning stove and, downstairs, includes a dedicated home office and a separate TV room.

The property’s beautiful grounds include a chicken coop and a greenhouse, and the gardens are equipped with an irrigation system.

Phoebe moved to the Highlands after her marriage to rugby league player Sam Burgess ended, and while Covid lockdowns were in place. She had been living in Sydney before the move.

She described it as a comforting and private retreat – a place to relax by the fire with family, enjoy good food, and be surrounded by loved ones.

It felt like a safe haven during a difficult period in my life. Seeing my two young children so excited whenever we went for a drive was a real joy.

This attractive home, located in a peaceful area, offers parking for six cars, stunning views, and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Phoebe admitted that selling the property was a bittersweet experience.

‘We are a single-income family, completely, which is why I’m selling… breaks my heart,’ she said.

We don’t have everything we need right now, and that’s perfectly fine. We’ll achieve that goal eventually.

She previously rented the property out at $995 per week.

After separating from Sam, the former captain of the Rabbitohs, in October 2019, Phoebe has been living with her parents along with her two children, eight-year-old Poppy and six-year-old Billy.

It comes as Phoebe’s ex Sam revealed he’s expecting a second child with wife Lucy.

In April, Lucy announced her pregnancy on Instagram with photos of her baby bump taken during a trip to Capri with her partner.

The pair already share daughter Robbie, who they welcomed in September 2023.

Sam married Lucy in a lavish Italian wedding after two years of dating.

He got engaged to his partner in June 2023, only nine months after they started dating publicly.

Meanwhile, Phoebe and Sam split in October 2019, after four tumultuous years of marriage.

The couple first split up in December 2018, not long after their son Billy was born. They briefly got back together in April, but decided to separate permanently just six months after that.
