How to get G-Capsules in Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra
G-Capsules are useful for randomly unlocking cosmetic items like skins, emotes, and Finisher effects. You can get multiple copies of the same item. SG-Capsules are similar, but they specifically give you random Special-tier emotes and Finisher effects.
If you collect three or more copies of the same item, they’ll automatically turn into Ex tokens. You can then use these Ex tokens to get Limited Hero Skins, which are rare and valuable. This guide will show you the best ways to earn G-Capsules in Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, as they are useful for many things. Here’s how:
1. Completing the Level Milestones in the Battle Pass
The Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra Battle Pass offers great rewards for completing its unique missions. Besides earning G-Capsules for finishing specific missions, you can also get many G-Capsules and SG-Capsules simply by leveling up within the Battle Pass.
2. Playing Matches regularly
After every match I play, I get a bunch of cool rewards! We’re talking Zeni Coins, G-Capsules, and Hero memories. It’s actually a pretty fast way to collect a ton of G-Capsules, which is awesome.
Where to spend your G-Capsules in Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra
Once you’ve collected enough G-Capsules, you can spend them in the Shop. You’ll find the Shop on the fourth tab, which is at the top of the game screen. There, you can use your G-Capsules to try your luck in one of two event sections.
- Normal G-Capsules event: In this event section, you will randomly get Common Skins and Color-variant outfits for your heroes. Each draw costs a G-Capsule, giving you one of its many resources. There’s also a high chance of pooling duplicate resources from this event.
- Special G-Capsules event: In this event section, you will need SG-Capsules to draw in the event. However, you can spend your Dragon Gems as an alternative currency in this event. Performing Draws in this event gives you Rare/Epic tier match items like Starting Emotes, Victory Emotes, Finishing effects, and lots more.
EX Tokens
When you get duplicate items from G-Capsule draws – specifically, items you can only hold a maximum of two of – they’ll automatically turn into EX Tokens. You can then use these EX Tokens in the Shop to buy special, limited-time Skins that are much more impressive than the standard Common Skins.
