Noel Gallagher has publicly shared his affection for his brother Liam, signaling the end of their long-running disagreement and confirming their plans to tour the world together.
Rumors suggest that the reunited Oasis band members are nearing a deal for a highly profitable stadium tour with 41 dates. They’re expected to each earn around £50 million, and there’s talk of additional concerts at Knebworth Park next year.
You know, looking back, the whole Oasis breakup with my brother Liam back in 2009 was a really tough time, filled with a lot of tension behind the scenes. But I’m happy to say we’ve really moved past that now. We’re reconnecting and rebuilding our relationship, which feels great after all these years.
Discussing their bond in extracts from forthcoming book Oasis: Trying to Find A Way Out of Nowhere, he said: ‘Liam’s become more mad. He’s totally f**kin’ mental. He lives in this weird bizarre, bizarre concept.
I really adore my brother, and it’s not just because of family. He has a fantastic sense of humor and is wonderfully quirky.
After finishing the North American part of their Live ’25 tour and taking a two-week break, Oasis will perform two concerts at Wembley Stadium starting September 27th.

After getting back together, the band will tour South Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia, then head to South America for a final series of five concerts, ending in São Paulo on November 23rd.
Because so many people are asking about tickets, rumors are circulating that Oasis might play another show at Knebworth next year. This would be to mark the 30th anniversary of their famous 1996 concerts, which were the largest outdoor shows ever held in the UK.
Over 250,000 fans came to see Oasis play at their most popular point, at a venue in Hertfordshire, but Noel Gallagher says they didn’t see it as anything special – they just played the show like any other.
Before what was one of our biggest shows ever, we didn’t have a team meeting or anything. I just had a cigarette, and Liam had a beer.
Someone simply announced it was time, and we immediately went on stage and performed. There wasn’t any preparation like a group prayer or instructions to evacuate – we just did it and left.
This new book features previously unpublished photos of Liam and Noel Gallagher, taken by photographer Jill Furmanovsky and curated by Noel himself.
Noel remembered the band’s beginnings and how he first met Jill when they were still playing gigs to small audiences around the UK.
He compared his 72-year-old self to his mother, Peggy, and fondly recalled first meeting Jill in 1994 at the Corn Exchange in Cambridge, saying they instantly loved her.

I bumped into her on the stairs behind the scenes. She had a vibe that reminded me of a school dinner lady, and I mean that as a good thing! My own mother worked as a dinner lady, so it’s a real compliment.
While I was performing on stage, I noticed the school lunch lady was down in the front row taking pictures with a really nice camera.
He explained that she was working on a photography book called ‘The Moment,’ and he’d seen a preview. The very first photo was one Jill took of Paul McCartney outside his home when she was still in school.
She wanted to feature an up-and-coming band at the end of her book, and we were gaining popularity quickly at the time, making us a great fit.
After the first photoshoot, she started showing up to all of our events. We don’t mean this as an insult, but she reminded us of our mothers – she’s about the same size as mine, actually.
Oasis: Trying to Find A Way Out of Nowhere is available to buy from September 23.
