A Playboy model has revealed breast milk is the secret behind her flawless complexion.
Katie Flowers of Los Angeles reports a significant improvement in her skin after switching from costly face creams to breast milk provided by a friend.
She jokingly told Daily Mail that her skincare routine is mostly about hydration-around 60%-with a little bit of experimentation (30%), and surprisingly, 10% breast milk. She playfully added, ‘Don’t judge the numbers!’
The American influencer, known for openly embracing sexuality, shared that her current skincare routine began as a challenge but has quickly turned into a cherished habit.
A friend who was breastfeeding gave Katie some glass bottles, and she now uses them as part of her daily skincare routine, keeping them in the fridge.
Katie admitted she started making something and wanted to try it out. ‘We bottled some and I tested it on my face, hoping it would be as good as La Mer,’ she said.

La Mer is a high-end skincare line with products worth hundreds of dollars for a single pot.
Katie admitted she initially tried it as a prank, but now she has a noticeable glow that’s even puzzled her doctors. She describes it as a strange, warm feeling that’s surprisingly pleasant.
‘The next morning? Smooth. Glowy. No breakouts. Just vibes.
Honestly, they’re trying to sell you snail slime and placenta cream for over $400! I just stick with what my own body naturally produces – it works so much better, and it feels right.
Katie explained that her friends were initially skeptical, and some even thought she was joking.
I get a strong reaction when I mention breast milk, which is funny. If it were marketed as a luxury skincare product in a fancy jar, people would be all over it.
She firmly stated she has no plans to sell her breast milk for skincare products and advises others against considering it as well.
She described it as something temporary, perhaps just a personal preference, but definitely something she enjoys. She also noted that most of the negative reactions she’s gotten have come from men.

She explained that women are generally comfortable with their bodies and aren’t shy about using them, while men often feel awkward about it.
Honestly? These guys are all about extreme stuff – they’ll chug down glowing neon drinks to get pumped at the gym! So, yeah, I’m definitely not going to listen to *them* tell me what to do with my skin. It just doesn’t add up!
The model, known for her blonde hair, isn’t limiting herself to breast milk for skincare. She’s willing to try all sorts of treatments to see what works.
‘If it keeps working, it stays. Breast milk, snail slime, bee venom—I’ll try it all,’ she said.
I’ve recently started applying raw bone marrow – yes, straight from the butcher – to my skin. It feels incredibly natural and almost ancient, and surprisingly, it’s making my skin look radiant.
Katie works as a relationship coach, and she jokingly compares herself to Hitch, the matchmaker from the movie starring Will Smith.
She featured on the cover of Playboy Sweden and the cover of FHM in 2024.
