Julia Fox and her son, Valentino, stepped out on the red carpet at the Hollywood premiere of the film ‘Him’ at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old actress wore a polka dot corset dress to the event. She shares a four-year-old son with her former husband, Peter Artemiev.

She’s known for her unique and interesting style, and she paired the retro-looking dress with a bold, feathered hat.

Julia finished her outfit with knee-high stockings and white heels, then styled her hair in a curled updo.

The new supernatural horror movie starring her will be released on September 19th. It’s about a promising soccer player who is attacked by an obsessed fan.

This follows Julia’s recent advice to women to avoid having children with someone she considers unsuccessful, a comment made after a reported disagreement with her ex-husband Peter and her exclusion from an important family gathering.

The actress says she just found out her ex-partner had their child baptized without telling her or including her in the decision.

Julia claims she didn’t find out about the ceremony until after it was over. However, her ex-partner reportedly told her she *was* invited, but simply didn’t want to go.

I was so upset when she reached out to her ex-mother-in-law, hoping to connect with the church community. But she was told it was only for people who identified as ‘Russian Orthodox,’ and, unbelievably, that they didn’t think Julia would even *want* to come. It just felt so exclusive and hurtful.

She started a passionate TikTok video explaining that her recent loss really threw her off. She hasn’t felt that upset in a long time, and it actually had a strong physical effect on her, impacting her nervous system.

Julia said she was upset to find out about the ceremony while attending her son’s school event with his father.

I attended my son’s school performance with his dad, though he arrived late as usual. Afterward, we were loading things into my car when he pointed to a church and mentioned, “This is where Valentina was baptized.”

Julia continued, explaining that she was shocked when he told her they were at the place where the baptism had happened. She asked why she hadn’t been invited, and he replied that she *had* been invited, but had chosen not to attend.

I told them, “First of all, please don’t tell me who did or didn’t invite me to something. Seriously, don’t. If I had been invited, I would have gone, and I definitely would have remembered.”

He explained that even if he hadn’t received an invitation, he’d likely have seen some evidence of the event. He felt left out, saying no one had informed him about it. The other person responded that they *had* told him about it, and he’d actually said he wasn’t interested in attending.

It really hit me hard, like a flashback to being in that awful relationship. I kept getting manipulated and made to doubt my own reality, over and over. Eventually, I’d react – sometimes I’d lose it – and he’d turn it around and accuse *me* of being the abuser. But it wasn’t me being abusive, it was a result of the abuse I was experiencing – a thing called reactive abuse. It’s what happens when someone is constantly torn down mentally, emotionally, psychologically, and even physically.

So, he kept insisting I had been invited, and I just said okay. Then I called his mother and really let her have it, demanding to know why I hadn’t been included.

Okay, so she told me this story, and apparently the priest at this event was being super exclusive! He was saying it was only for Russian Orthodox people, like, a *really* specific guest list. And honestly? It all clicked. I finally understood where this guy – the one we’ve been talking about – gets his whole attitude from. It’s clearly learned behavior, passed down through… well, you get it! It’s just… wow.

Please don’t try to manipulate me. That’s a ridiculous excuse. I am this child’s mother, and you are not. She then said she simply assumed I wouldn’t be concerned.

I was absolutely losing it! I told her, “Seriously, your son clearly doesn’t even *want* to be here, but *I* care so much, and you just ruined a perfect moment for me!” And then she had the nerve to ask, all smug, “So, are you going to punish me now? Are you going to stop me from seeing Valentino?” I couldn’t believe the audacity!

I don’t function that way. My son likes you because he’s young and doesn’t understand, and I wouldn’t want to expose him to that. But I knew it all along, and now I have proof of what you’re all about – it’s just awful.

Ladies, please listen carefully. The person you choose to have a child with will profoundly impact your future. Choose wisely and don’t have a child with someone who isn’t going to be a good partner and parent.
