Cardi B, to put it simply, has a lot going on.
Rapper and Grammy winner, at 32, is expecting her fourth child. She revealed the news in an interview with Gayle King on “CBS Mornings” on Wednesday, confirming rumors and sharing the announcement while promoting her new album, “Am I the Drama?” and following a legal win against a former security guard.
King asked the performer directly about the recent rumors that she was expecting a baby, and if she wanted to share any news with the class.
Cardi B replied, “Well, yes I am. I’m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs.”
Later on, Cardi B told King she’s feeling good both in her career and personal life. She described herself as feeling empowered as she moves forward with her music and prepares for her new baby. She also spoke highly of her relationship with NFL player Diggs.

While still going through her divorce from Offset, Cardi B is now dating NFL player Stefon Diggs. They were seen together at the NBA Playoffs on Monday, publicly displaying their new relationship.
My boyfriend and I really support each other. We’re at a similar point in our careers, and we both constantly push ourselves to improve. We never want to get complacent – we just want to keep growing and challenging ourselves.
Cardi B, 31, and actor Diggs have been publicly dating since May, after appearing together at the Met Gala and spending Valentine’s Day weekend together in Miami. Their relationship began a few months after Cardi B and her husband, Offset, separated earlier in 2024.
She married a Migos rapper in 2017 and they have three young children together, with their youngest daughter born in September 2024. Since they separated, the two have publicly argued with each other on social media and in their songs.
After dating Diggs for several months, Cardi B shared with King that she feels secure and empowered in the relationship, saying he makes her feel confident and strong.

Cardi B has stated she won’t address pregnancy rumors. She reacted angrily to questions about her relationships with Offset and Stefon Diggs, even throwing a pen at a fan who brought them up.
Before sitting down with King, Cardi B had already reacted to rumors about her pregnancy, but not calmly. Earlier in the month, she became upset and threw a pen at a man who questioned her relationships with Offset and Diggs while she was leaving a courthouse after a legal hearing.
Someone close to the situation says Offset has been openly talking about potentially having a fourth child with you. Do you think this could create any questions about who the father of Stefon Diggs’ child is?
She responded by throwing a pen in the man’s direction, saying, “Don’t disrespect me.”
Cardi B firmly told a man he was being disrespectful and needed to show more manners. As she walked to her car, she questioned why he thought it was okay to ask her those kinds of questions, pointing out that women wouldn’t ask her the same things. She emphasized the importance of respecting women, suggesting he’d been taught better by his mother.
Cardi B explained to King that she was annoyed by people pushing her to announce her pregnancy and wanted to reveal the news when she was ready. She wanted to wait until she’d had a few more ultrasounds and confirmed the baby was healthy.

Emani Ellis is suing Cardi B for $24 million, claiming Cardi B physically assaulted and emotionally distressed her during an incident outside a doctor’s office.
Cardi B has a lot going on! She’s expecting her fourth child, preparing to release a new album, and dealing with all the media attention that comes with it. She also just announced she’s going on tour – the ‘Little Miss Drama’ tour – starting in February. She’ll be performing several shows in California that month, including one at the Kia Forum on February 15th.
Cardi B’s new album, “Am I the Drama?”, comes out this Friday. It’s her first full release since her debut album, “Invasion of Privacy,” which came out in 2018. This week, she announced the 23-song album will include collaborations with artists like Cash Cobain, Janet Jackson, Kehlani, Lizzo, Megan Thee Stallion, Selena Gomez, Summer Walker, and Tyla.
Cardi B is fully committed to promoting her new album, and she didn’t even let her pregnancy announcement slow her down.
She jokingly urged her audience to purchase her album, saying, “Now that you know about it, go buy it! I need to stock up on diapers and baby supplies.” She was speaking to the crew of CBS Mornings.
