Iconic 90s star attempts to go incognito as she touches down in Sydney… so do you know who it is?

American actress Daphne Zuniga attempted to go incognito as she touched down in Sydney on Friday.

The actress, known for her role on Melrose Place, arrived in Sydney to begin filming the highly anticipated sequel to Spaceballs.

Sixty-two-year-old Zuniga shielded her face with sunglasses as she wheeled her luggage through the airport.

Wearing comfortable black track pants, a white T-shirt, and a puffer vest, she walked to a car where her husband, David Mleczko, was waiting.

The actress completed her look with a pair of black sneakers and slung a black bag across her body.

Melissa Zuniga will return as Princess Vespa in the upcoming sequel to Spaceballs, and Bill Pullman is also confirmed to reprise his role.

Production is set to start filming in Sydney soon, and Mel Brooks, who directed the original film, is back as producer.

Pullman’s son, Lewis Pullman, has also been announced as part of the cast alongside Keke Palmer.

Mel Brooks’s 1987 film *Spaceballs* playfully spoofed the first three *Star Wars* movies. He’s planning to reprise his role as the Yoda-inspired character Yogurt in a new film set to be released in 2027, when Brooks will be a centenarian.

I’m so excited for this new movie! It’s being made by MGM Amazon Studio, and the story is written by Josh Gad, Benji Samit, and Dan Hernandez – a fantastic team! Josh Greenbaum is directing, and I already know it’s going to be amazing based on his previous work.

Oh my gosh, the original movie from ’87? It was *brilliant*! It totally made fun of all those sci-fi movies we love, especially Star Wars – they really went after it! But it wasn’t just that, it also playfully roasted classics like 2001, Planet of the Apes, and even Star Trek. It was like, it knew *exactly* what made those films great, and then just… gently teased them. I’ve watched it a million times!

The story revolves around the villainous Dark Helmet (played by Moranis) and President Skroob (played by Brooks) as they try to steal the air from the peaceful planet Druidia.

But Lone Starr (played by Bill Pullman) – a hero with his canine companion Barf (the late John Candy) – and Princess Vespa of Druidia (Daphne) rise to oppose them.

Zuniga first became well-known at 19 years old, appearing in the 1982 horror film, The Dorm That Dripped Blood.

She became widely known for playing Jo Reynolds on the Fox drama Melrose Place between 1992 and 1996.

Last year, she teamed up with her old Melrose Place colleagues, Courtney Thorne-Smith and Laura Leighton, to start their iHeart podcast, Still The Place.

Zuniga also starred as Victoria Davis on One Tree Hill from 2008 to 2012.
