Tammy Hembrow recently shared a heartfelt TikTok suggesting she’s going through a difficult time emotionally, even as her relationship with Australian rules football player Bailey Smith continues to gain attention.

The fitness influencer recently revealed she filmed a video of herself feeling unwell, but decided not to share it with her followers.

I recently had a minor accident. I even started recording a video about it to share on TikTok,” the 31-year-old explained.

It was really upsetting, and I cried while watching it. I would never post a video of myself crying online though, because I don’t want to be ridiculed.

‘You can’t be vulnerable online cause people just make fun of you.’

Tammy explained that she’s prioritizing her own well-being and her children, and isn’t currently focusing on anyone else.

She said, her voice cracking with emotion, “Don’t let anyone make you doubt your worth. You *are* good enough, and you should believe that.”

The social media sensation added that overall, she was doing well. 

She said she’s been feeling great overall, explaining that she feels much more like herself and a lot less burdened than before.

That’s really the most important realization for me. I’m feeling more and more like my true self every day. When I think about the past, it’s amazing how much I lost touch with who I was, and how much I closed in on myself.

It comes less than two weeks after Tammy and Bailey went Instagram official. 

Last month, Geelong midfielder Smith and fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow were spotted enjoying a romantic dinner date at the popular Entrecôte restaurant in Prahran, Melbourne. Photos show Smith with his hand resting on Hembrow’s leg.

Seeing them together Friday night made it clear – these two are getting serious. It confirmed what people had been guessing for weeks: their relationship is blossoming.

The Melbourne date follows weeks of sightings that kept fans and media guessing. 

Earlier this month, Smith and Hembrow were seen showing affection and walking together on the beach on the Gold Coast.

It was clear they had a natural connection, and they seemed completely comfortable and at ease despite the cameras following them around.

People spotted them together for the second time in two weeks, leading to increased speculation that they are becoming more than just friends.

Tamara Hembrow was in Melbourne for work, where she attended an event hosted by Sasha Therese. She recently told reporters that Chris Smith is a kind and good person.

Tammy split from husband Matt Zukowski in June.

Matt, 30, and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.

The couple got married in November 2024, but rumors about a possible breakup started appearing earlier in 2025.

In June, the pair announced they were divorcing after seven months of marriage.

Matt has since said he felt ‘hurt’ watching Tammy move on so quickly after their break-up,

He’s suggested he was the one who ended the relationship, although some people think Tammy was the one who initiated the breakup.
