Summary
- Paul Smith and Artek have released a new limited-edition Stool 60
- The new stool features legs in sky blue, rust, and British racing green, with a hidden red underside
- The original stool from the first collaboration is also available again
Paul Smith and Artek are continuing their popular collaboration with the launch of “Artek Reimagined by Paul Smith, Edition Two.” After their first collection, which included the classic Stool 60 and quickly sold out, they’ve created a new, limited-edition version of the same stool. This release features updated colors while maintaining the brands’ shared values of innovative, high-quality, and user-focused design.
This updated version of the Stool 60 features a fun surprise: the seat is finished with a lovely, natural wood stain, but the underside is a bright, bold pillar-box red – inspired by the colorful linings found in Paul Smith’s suits. The three legs are each painted a different color – sky blue, rust, and British racing green – all taken from the 40 shades of Paul Smith’s iconic Signature Stripe. This clever use of color gives a fresh, lively feel to a classic design that has represented modern innovation for years.
The new collection is now available on Paul Smith’s website, along with the return of the classic Paul Smith x Artek Stool 60.
