Jesy Nelson and her partner Zion Foster look every inch the doting parents as the singer shares sweet snaps with their baby twins

Jesy Nelson and her boyfriend, Zion Foster, appeared to be loving parenthood as they shared adorable photos of their newborn twins on Sunday.

Thirty-four-year-old former child star Little Lix and her 26-year-old partner were beaming while sharing photos of time spent with their twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, who were born in May.

Jesy was pushing her two young children in a double stroller, while Zion lovingly sang to them, captivating them with her voice.

She penned in the caption of her post: ‘Twin life’, as she settled into life as a mother of two.   

Ocean Jade and Story Monroe were born prematurely at 31 weeks. Their mother, Jesy, had been diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a rare and potentially dangerous condition affecting twins.

Before going home, the twins had been cared for in the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Jesy recently shared that nothing can truly prepare a parent for the experience of having a baby in the NICU, after their own children were born prematurely.

It’s a terrifying and overwhelming feeling, the sense of being unable to protect your children.

It’s natural to want to comfort your crying baby, but when they’re in the NICU, it’s heartbreaking. There are so many wires, tubes, and masks, and medical staff constantly monitoring them, making it impossible to simply hold and soothe them.

Seeing them together again for the first time today was an incredibly special moment – something I can’t quite put into words. They are two amazing and resilient girls with a truly inspiring story.

Jesy unexpectedly needed a medical procedure in March due to complications and was told to stay in the hospital until she was at least 32 weeks pregnant.

Honestly, hearing about everything Jesy and Zion went through just breaks my heart, but it’s also…beautiful? He said they really *connected* during it all, like it brought them closer. She was seven months pregnant, can you imagine?! It’s like this awful thing actually helped them understand each other on a whole new level, and it makes me tear up just thinking about how strong they are as a couple. It’s just…everything.

He shared with OK! Magazine that moments like these truly reveal the depth of your love and the significance of your relationship.

This experience has really confirmed for Jess and me that we’re perfectly suited for each other.

He said the couple had also tried to make the hospital as much of a home as possible.

We brought in a sofa that converts into a bed and placed it beside the hospital bed, effectively creating a larger sleeping space for ourselves.

It feels like we’ve really settled in. The nurses were amazed, saying it looks comfortable and inviting – like a real home.

Jesy revealed in January that she and her boyfriend, Zion, are expecting twins, despite previous rumors of a breakup.

Zion grew up in South London, raised by his mother in a Nigerian family. Gospel music was a big part of his childhood.

His football coach then played a key role in his musical development, introducing him to artists like Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and Usher, which sparked his interest in rap.

Zion then decided to pursue music, recording his own tunes and sharing them online via SoundCloud.
