Mandy Moore is busy with motherhood, raising three young children – all under four years old – with her husband, Taylor Goldsmith.
I was so glad to read the new interview with the 41-year-old singer in People magazine. It’s really inspiring to see her speaking out, especially after she so strongly condemned political violence. She’s really opening up about what life is like for her right now, and I’m loving it.
She acknowledged that life has its ups and downs, but emphasized that this current period requires everyone’s full effort and attention.
Mandy and her partner Taylor, 40, have three children: August, age four, Oscar, who will be three in October, and Louise, who is turning one later this month.
She described raising their brood as ‘a lot’ but added, ‘It’s also the greatest thing in the world.
It’s constantly busy, but it’s wonderful, of course,” the involved mother shared.

The actress, known for her role in ‘This Is Us,’ shared that dealing with the difficult aspects of being a mother is simply part of the experience.
She explained that you have to fully embrace the experience. ‘Just let go and allow yourself to be swept away,’ she said. ‘It’s intense, but incredibly rewarding.’
And she shared that she and her husband are in accordance.
She said she and her husband had a moment where they both realized things were challenging, but they wouldn’t trade their life for anything.
She and her spouse, a musician, got engaged in 2017 and walked down the aisle one year later.
They expanded their family with their first child in February 2021.
Mandy described her youngest, Lou, who is nearly one year old. Lou is getting around by crawling and is beginning to take her first steps – she’s very eager to walk, even if she’s still a little wobbly!
‘She thinks she can just take off and doesn’t need to hold onto us or anything.’

As a lifestyle commentator, I’ve been following the news, and it’s been heartbreaking. After the tragic death of Charlie Kirk last week, I was really moved to see Mandy using her Instagram to speak out against violence. It’s a powerful reminder that we all have a voice, and it’s important to use it to promote peace and understanding, especially in times like these.
She strongly condemned political violence, stating it has no place in the conversation. Sharing a post from Moms Demand Action, she explained that while people are allowed to have different beliefs, this type of violence is frightening and a serious problem in today’s world.
On Sunday, she returned to the platform to clarify her previous statement, explaining that she does not agree with Charlie’s views or beliefs.
She posted on Instagram that offering kindness or understanding to someone who was killed isn’t the same as approving of their actions or character, even if that person wouldn’t do the same for others.
Knowing my views, you’d realize I strongly disagree with everything he said. However, these are frightening times, and the fact that people are being killed for what they believe or say should deeply disturb everyone.
