Ariana Grande was upset that tickets for her Eternal Sunshine tour sold out almost instantly, and then quickly appeared on resale markets at significantly inflated prices.
The 32-year-old singer-songwriter used Instagram to reassure her fans, saying she’s working hard to make sure they can attend her tour, which is scheduled for 2026.
This happened after fans expressed frustration online about not being able to buy tickets during both the presale and the regular sale.
Tickets for many of Ariana Grande’s concerts are now being resold for ten times their original price by third-party sellers. Despite a busy week of filming, Grande says she’s been working tirelessly to try and address the issue, spending every available moment on the phone.
On Saturday morning, she posted a message saying she’d been busy filming all week, but wanted to address the issue of people reselling tickets for inflated prices.
The singer, who many believe has either broken up with or is about to split from her boyfriend and co-star Ethan Slater, also said she’s very upset by the situation.

The artist shared that they’ve been working tirelessly on the phone to find a solution, saying, ‘I understand your frustration, and I’m hoping we can get more tickets to you instead of scalpers. It just doesn’t feel fair.’
She assured her fans that she and her team ‘are doing everything we can.’
She wanted to let everyone know that her team is aware of the situation and that she deeply cares. They are working hard to fix things and she expressed her love and gratitude for their patience and understanding.
Ariana Grande is speaking out after tickets for all 36 shows on her upcoming tour – including the recently added dates – sold out almost immediately.
Pre-sale tickets for her ‘The Eternal Sunshine Tour,’ promoting her seventh studio album of the same name, became available on Tuesday, September 9th.
Fans were thrilled about her upcoming tour, as it had been over five years since her last one – the Sweetener World Tour in 2019.
Ariana Grande chose not to use dynamic pricing for her concerts. Instead, ticket prices were set ahead of time, ranging from $79 for the least expensive seats to $799, not including any VIP packages.
Ugh, I was *so* ready to snag tickets the second they went on sale, and I thought I did! But even though she made it seem like anyone could get them through Ticketmaster, they’re GONE. Now everyone’s scrambling on resale sites, and these scalpers are charging absolutely ridiculous prices. It’s insane! I just want to see her, but they’re making it impossible!

Ariana Grande revealed late last month that she’s planning a tour to support her album, released in February 2024.
After winning the Best Pop award at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards thanks to her album, *Eternal Sunshine*, she shared a personal message with her fans about her upcoming concerts.
Her single Brighter Days Ahead also took home Video of the Year.
In her acceptance speech, she warmly thanked her devoted fans for their love and support, and excitedly hinted at her upcoming concerts, saying, ‘We’ll see you on tour!’
This news arrives as her film career is taking off, with the highly anticipated sequel, *Wicked: For Good*, scheduled to be released on November 21st.
I’m so excited to share that I’ll be joining Josh Gad in a live-action adaptation of Dr. Seuss’s beloved book, *Oh, the Places You’ll Go!* It’s being directed by the incredibly talented Jon M. Chu, who you might know from *Wicked*, and I can’t wait to bring this inspiring story to life!
