Strictly Come Dancing bosses ‘issue professional dancers with strict rules including no swearing, alcohol or inappropriate clothing’ after scandals

The contracts for professional dancers have been recently updated before the commencement of the new series on September 20th.

According to a source, The Sun was informed that individuals should refrain from using profanity, avoid content or humor that is adult-oriented, and be mindful of inappropriate language on their attire.

They need to remember that their actions should be suitable for all family members, avoiding any content that is sexually suggestive or heavily filled with innuendos.

This year, they have been advised to steer clear of any excessive or reckless consumption of alcohol.

BBC declined to comment when contacted by Daily Mail.

In the recent set of events, Wynne Evans, aged 53, faced allegations of inappropriate conduct and was compelled to express regret for making an insensitive comment of a sexual nature during a public gathering. He contested that it wasn’t a sexual remark, but eventually, the BBC terminated his employment.

2023 saw Amanda Abbington, aged 51, voicing her displeasure towards Giovanni Pernice, who was described as being overly aggressive, rude, harsh, and unkind.

During the investigation, while most accusations against him were dismissed, it was found that several claims regarding verbal intimidation and harassment by her were substantiated.

In the same year, Zara McDermott, a former Love Island competitor now aged 28, found herself deeply troubled after an encounter in the training room with Graziano Di Prima, who is 31. This was due to Graziano confessing that he had kicked a documentary maker, which led to his termination from the show.

The broadcaster has initiated a probe into the family program following allegations that two of its performers may have been using cocaine.

Among those under investigation for drug-related issues, there were allegations that one star was additionally suspected of drinking on duty due to the scent of alcohol detected by fellow crew members.

It’s rumored that an unidentified duo is said to have used a powerful drug, often associated with class A substances. One of these individuals, known for their frequent alcohol consumption, is reportedly a contender on the popular dance show Strictly Come Dancing.

According to reports, the assertions were allegedly included in a court document sent to the BBC in March, submitted by law firm Russells, who represented previous contestant Wynne Evans.
