Fans criticized Khloe Kardashian heavily on Thursday evening, following her endorsement of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, who had been shot, but not fatally, the previous day. The approval she showed towards him through a post sparked intense reactions from her followers.
The 41-year-old celebrity from reality TV also expressed sympathy using prayer emojis and shared an apparently neutral post regarding the murder of Kirk, who was only 31 years old. He was fatally shot in the neck by a gunman positioned on a nearby building at Utah Valley University.
The gunman remains unidentified as FBI Director Kash Patel journeyed to Utah on Thursday, facing criticism for the bureau’s slow response in capturing the shooter and his recent decision a month ago to dismiss a highly esteemed special agent in Utah who would have spearheaded the manhunt.
A significant number of Kardashian’s followers frequently expressed disapproval towards Kirk because of his stances against abortion, immigration, transgender rights, and in favor of the Second Amendment.
As a die-hard enthusiast, I can’t help but eagerly await a response from the Kardashians’ representative, following my recent inquiry through the Daily Mail. Alas, no word has been returned as of yet, leaving me on the edge of my seat, hoping for that elusive piece of information to fall into place!
As an ardent supporter, I couldn’t help but notice her interaction on a post from the Instagram page of Pray.com. The post featured a video capturing Kirk engaging in a conversation with a fan during one of his speaking engagements, where he shared insights about his Christian beliefs.
Many people took screenshots of a ‘like’ and a comment with three prayer hand emojis below a video that did not address Kirk’s controversial political and social opinions.
Additionally, they posted screenshots of an Instagram Story from a chiropractor based in South Carolina, whose account includes numerous posts advocating against vaccines.
The apparently impartial comment lamented the nation’s apparent indifference towards violent actions, asserting that such occurrences have no connection to political leanings – neither left nor right, nor red nor blue.

A different user strongly expressed opposing views to the post that Kardashian shared on Twitter, stating, ‘This is clearly a political matter.’
A user implied that the celebrity from Keeping Up With The Kardashians might not respond to the debate surrounding her ‘like’ and comment, but should she decide to address it, it could be a rather insubstantial statement along the lines of “regardless of political views, he was a spouse and a parent.
From my passionately engaged perspective, perched high above the world in my tower of privilege, I find myself unable to extend even a shred of compassion towards a man who remained indifferent as innocent children were gunned down in their schools. Such callousness is unacceptable and demands no sympathy.
It seemed like they were making reference to a 2023 speech where Kirk expressed his viewpoint that certain gun-related fatalities were deemed acceptable in upholding the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Others found it unsurprising that she responded as she did to the religious post, given her past habit of sharing Bible verses on social media.
One commenter stated, ‘They claim “ignoring politics” yet all along, Kirk believes the Civil Rights Act was an error and considers gun-related fatalities acceptable and essential.’
It’s apparent that some fans anticipated Kardashian’s reaction to the posts regarding Kirk’s demise wouldn’t come as a surprise to them.
‘It’s always the ones you’d suspect the most,’ wrote one user.

Multiple individuals have accused Kirk of holding white supremacist views, citing numerous offensive remarks he has made over the past few years that questioned the intelligence and qualifications of people of African descent.
They expressed disappointment when Kardashian showed support for the post, given that he himself has biracial children.
