At the National Television Awards held at London’s O2 on Wednesday, Jeremy Clarkson playfully mentioned his usage of Mounjaro during his acceptance speech.
The 65-year-old television host was awarded for Factual Entertainment in recognition of his Amazon Prime series, Clarkson’s Farm.
However, during his speech, the star inadvertently failed to express gratitude towards Lisa Hogan, his co-star on the show.
He mentioned that since he’s taking Metformin (Mounjaro is a brand name), his trousers have become loose, causing him to say this, following his award acceptance.
Jeremy previoiusly revealed he has lost two stone since he started using the weight-loss jabs.
First, he tried Ozempic, but it didn’t help him. Later on, he discovered Mounjaro, another medication for type 2 diabetes, and he claims that it has made a significant difference in his condition.

During his speech, Jeremy playfully took a jab at some of the other stars present by stating that his team had worked significantly harder compared to everyone else in the room.
Previously, he shared with The Sun: “Lisa has stopped attempting to make me appear neat. frankly, I find that talk senseless. Grooming my eyebrows? Why should it matter? At 65, I’m not aiming for a look like David Gandy’s.
He said that he had lost approximately 10 pounds (a stone and a half) initially, but now it seems to have stabilized. He believes his diet is generally good, but admits that his drinking habit might be the main issue.
‘If I could just do something about that, but then I think, “what’s the point?”‘
Jeremy shared insights into the harrowing health ordeal he experienced from August to October the previous year, a topic that is explored further in the latest installment of Clarkson’s Farm. The initial four episodes of this series became available on Prime Video starting last Friday.
The host shared an interesting tale about his struggle to launch his new establishment, The Farmer’s Dog, during which he was unknowingly growing increasingly unwell. In essence, he was unwittingly confronting the grim reaper.
The farmer found himself greatly distressed, to use his own words, losing his usual light-heartedness and composure.
In an emergency situation, he underwent a two-hour operation to maintain the openness of his arteries, thereby enhancing blood supply to his heart and alleviating his heartache (chest pain).

Jeremy was informed by the doctors that a significant portion of his existing tasks would need to be eliminated, and they proposed he take up golf as an alternative.
It appears that despite the ex-Top Gear host expressing low chances of retirement, his recent diet changes have proven challenging for him as even a well-known carnivore finds it hard to make celery appealing.
Instead, let’s rephrase that for a more natural and easy-to-understand flow: He switched to Ozempic, a medication typically used for managing diabetes, but found himself feeling ill once more and ended up weighing half a stone more than when he first began using it.
In March, he wrote in his Times column that although his body could no longer handle excessive eating, his mind continued to crave Cadbury Fruit & Nut for breakfast even after the initial excitement had subsided.
This indicated that I fell ill frequently. Afterward, since I had thrown up, I believed my stomach was clear, so I thought I could consume another beverage and possibly another piece of chocolate as well.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve found an interesting approach to managing my health that I’ve been experimenting with – it’s called ‘microdosing’ of Mounjaro. This innovative method involves using a drug that mimics our body’s own hormones, helping to regulate appetite and blood sugar levels in a more balanced way. It has worked wonders for me so far!
