Justin Baldoni hit with fresh harassment claims as second accuser may testify in explosive Blake Lively trial

It appears that Justin Baldoni is under more examination due to allegations of harassment made by another person, as detailed in recently obtained court papers reported by The Daily Mail.

According to a statement made under oath, submitted by Blake Lively’s legal representative, an unnamed person claimed to have experienced multiple instances of unfavorable encounters with Mr. Baldoni and his team members. This included verbal harassment directly from Mr. Baldoni himself.

The individual also asserted that Baldoni was mostly barred from the set during filming due to those incidents.

Additionally, the person mentioned that they asked Baldoni to stay away from any marketing or PR activities.

A source told TMZ that the individual is ‘likely to testify against Justin in Lively’s trial.’

In a somewhat unrelated matter, the person making accusations mentioned that they had worked together with Baldoni on a past endeavor linked to his production company, Wayfarer Studios, prior to It Ends With Us.

The document additionally mentions Steve Sarowitz, Baldoni’s business partner and co-founder of Wayfarer, as it points out that the accuser received contact from Sarowitz’s assistant regarding arranging a meeting. However, no particular subject for this discussion was explicitly stated.

The documents, filed September 4, 2025, were submitted under penalty of perjury.

At the moment, we haven’t received a response from Baldoni’s representatives following our request for comment from The Daily Mail.

New accusations emerged at the same time that Lively submitted a comprehensive request for legal costs, triple compensation, and punitive damages aimed at Baldoni’s company, Wayfarer Studios, and its leaders.

In the 30-page court document, Lively’s legal team contends that Wayfarer’s defamation case against her was unfounded initially and represented a reprisal following her complaints about harassment and retaliation.

The accusation claims that the company deliberately tried to harm her reputation and hide their illegal actions, by submitting heavily-redacted documents and launching personal attacks on her character in public records.

As a diligent advocate, I firmly believe that my actions align perfectly with the intended purpose of California Civil Code Section 47.1. This section aims to shield individuals who speak up about harassment from retaliatory lawsuits, and I am proud to uphold this principle by standing against such unwarranted legal action.

According to the law, Lively seeks the court to levy hefty fines, triple damages, and punitive damages, and acknowledge her as the victorious defendant eligible for reimbursement of attorney fees.

The motion refers to purported threatening statements attributed to Sarowitz, claiming he would dedicate a sum of around $100 million to deliberately damage the lives of Blake Lively and her spouse, Ryan Reynolds.

In the filing, it is claimed that Sarowitz made a statement suggesting he would safeguard the studio as intensely as Israel defended itself against Hamas. He allegedly implied that there would be a minimum of two individuals who would no longer be part of his life, referring to them being “dead to him,” though not literally dead.

Baldoni and Lively has been embroiled in a legal battle for months.

In the month of December 2024, Blake, an actress, filed a lawsuit against Justin, alleging instances of sexual harassment on set that he subsequently denied. However, Justin and Wayfarer Studios retaliated with a counter-suit, accusing Blake, her representative Leslie Sloane, and Ryan Reynolds (her husband) of defamation.

Additionally, Justin initiated legal action alongside The New York Times on December 31, 2024, by filing a lawsuit for $250 million in response to their explosive exposé detailing sexual harassment allegations made against his former co-star, which they published.

The New York Times denied the allegations.

On June 9th, it became known that a judge had thrown out Baldoni’s lawsuit, dealing a significant blow to the actor’s ambition for a triumphant verdict against the wealthy actress in a high-stakes case.

In simpler terms, Judge Lewis J. Liman threw out Baldoni’s lawsuit claiming defamation and extortion because Lively’s accusations were made in protected court documents.

According to the court order acquired by DailyMail.com, the judge stated that the parties associated with Wayfarer have not accused Lively of being responsible for any statements beyond those made in her CRD complaint, which are protected by privilege.

The parties identified as Wayfarers claim that Reynolds and Leslie Sloane, the publicist, made extra statements suggesting that Baldoni was involved in inappropriate sexual behavior. Furthermore, they assert that The Times published additional statements implying that the Wayfarer Parties were carrying out a defamatory campaign.

However, it hasn’t been claimed by the Wayfarer parties that Reynolds, Sloane, or The Times would have harbored genuine doubts about the truth of these statements due to the information they possessed at their disposal – a condition necessary for them to be held accountable for defamation under the relevant legal standards.

‘Further arguments put forth by The Wayfarer Parties are unsuccessful. Therefore, the Whole of the Revised Lawsuit needs to be discarded.’

The judge stated that The Times examined the relevant evidence and, potentially with some dramatic flair, shared their interpretation of the events. It’s important to note that there was no apparent reason for The Times to support Lively’s account of the situation.

He dismissed the lawsuit against The New York Times as well.
