New Merge Tactics Season will begin alongside the regular Clash Royale seasons
Following this, every season will roughly span a month, with each commencing close to the same week as a new Clash Royale season. This consistent timetable will help simplify your planning process and enable you to focus on achievements and rewards without undue delays.
Update to Rulers: Two new arrivals with Spirit Empress’ exit
One significant modification is the upgrade to the ‘Rulers’. While ‘Royale King’ remains in power and maintains its dominance on the board, ‘Spirit Empress’ will relinquish her position at the start of the new season. However, if you’ve already unlocked ‘Spirit Empress’, she’ll still be usable, but her cards will no longer be awarded as prizes.
If you’re still hoping to add her to your roster and the current season is about to wrap up, here’s some exciting news for you! The enchanting Spirit Empress might not be available after this season ends, but don’t despair! She could potentially make a comeback in future updates. Keep an eye on our rewards system or check out our shop for special offers that may just bring her back to you again!

In addition to the current lineup, we can expect the introduction of not one but two fresh Rulers in the forthcoming seasons. It has been confirmed by the producers that among these newcomers, one will be a completely novel figure, while the other is an established character reemerging in a dynamic new avatar.
Their skills are currently concealed, yet the hints given have sparked anticipation. Frequent introduction of new leaders will ensure that tactics stay diverse and inspire players to experiment with various play styles.
New cards, modifiers, and skins coming soon
As an avid player, I’m thrilled to share that the developers have assured us of additional content in the pipeline. This includes fresh cards, modifiers, traits, and skins. These new additions will open up opportunities for me to try out different strategies, all while keeping the Arena visually engaging with its appealing aesthetics. I can’t help but appreciate the potential pay-to-play elements, especially considering the eye-catching visuals they bring to the game.
