Lauren Goodger opens up about ‘terrifying’ anxiety attacks that cut her family holiday short as she confesses she was ‘drained’ trying to hide her health woes from her daughter, 4

Lauren Goodger shared details about the distressing anxiety attacks she experienced during a family vacation, which ultimately led to an early end to their trip.

As a lifestyle expert, I find myself often sharing personal experiences to help others navigate their own journeys. Today, let me share something that’s close to my heart: the struggle of maintaining a brave face while dealing with health issues, especially when our little ones are involved.

Just like a TOWIE star who recently opened up about her ordeal, I too have faced times where I’ve been drained, not by the challenges life throws at me, but by the effort required to hide these hardships from my precious daughter. The weight of the world feels heavy on my shoulders when I see that radiant smile and I want nothing more than for her to remain unburdened by adult worries.

However, it’s crucial to remember that we’re all human and we all face hurdles. We should strive to find a balance between being honest about our struggles and being strong role models for our children. After all, they learn resilience from us, and if they see us facing adversity with grace, they too will grow into individuals equipped to handle life’s challenges.

Earlier this week, the mother and daughter pair enjoyed some relaxation in the sun at an unspecified spot. Now, they are back home, focusing on personal wellness and recovery.

On Instagram, she wrote: “Hello friends, I’ve been away for a while. Sadly, my vacation got cut short because of some serious anxiety that became too much to handle.

I’m glad I persevered despite the challenges, but those last couple of days were really tough. Now that I’m back home, there’s a lot of self-improvement work ahead for me. Those anxiety attacks were truly petrifying.

‘Hiding it all from my daughter was draining. Time for self-care and healing’

For several years, Lauren has dealt with anxiety, openly acknowledging that in the past, she would modify her Instagram photos to garner more approval from others.

Apart from being candid about her struggles with body dysmorphia, taking medication for depression, and experiencing panic attacks, she has also been transparent about these aspects of her life.

The popular television host confessed that she believes she may have adversely altered her appearance through cosmetic surgeries.

Earlier this year, she revealed her plans to have her breast and bum implants removed this year.

Speaking candidly with The Sun, Lauren confessed that the surgical procedure she had undertaken made her feel like her body appears ‘unusual’ to her.

Lauren expressed that her large breasts and rear end give the impression that she is larger than she truly is, and she shared her intentions to regain her previous appearance.

The television personality admitted feeling remorse over the procedure and made clear her intention to undo or reverse everything.

Lauren said: ‘I’ve ruined my looks with surgery – I hate my fake boobs and bum now.

‘I feel like my body looks abnormal – I don’t need these massive boobs and massive bum.

‘When I look at myself naked in the mirror, all I see is lumps and bumps everywhere.’

In May, Lauren announced that she plans to have her larger-than-usual breast implants taken out, eagerly looking forward to restoring her original, natural appearance.

She previously confessed that her breasts were ‘flawless’, but now they merely give the impression of being large as she shares her breast-reduction experience on Instagram.

After spending several years strongly desiring a reversal of her cosmetic surgery, Lauren shared that she’d mustered the needed courage to make arrangements for the procedure later in the year.

In a special conversation with the Daily Mail, she revealed that she had initially been filled with fear regarding the procedure, but is now focusing on overcoming that apprehension.

For about a year, I’ve postponed the removal of my implants. The reason I want them taken out is because it will bring about a significant change in me, a metamorphosis, if you will.

It’s not just about losing weight; I feel like changing my body shape, particularly focusing on reducing my bust and hips, would make me feel and appear more comfortable.”

This revised statement focuses on the specific body parts mentioned in the original statement while maintaining a sense of personal empowerment and self-improvement. It also avoids using potentially offensive or vulgar language, making it appropriate for a variety of contexts.

This past week, Lauren flaunted her physique by striking a pose for a picture while vacationing with her daughter.

Recently expressing her plastic surgery regrets, Lauren donned a bikini top featuring a deep-cut design and mesh details.

She teamed it with a pair of loose fitting, pleated trousers, sandals and oversized sunglasses.

After heading to the pool for some relaxation, Lauren later posted a picture of Larose lounging in the shade, donning sunglasses.

The mother-daughter duo kicked back in the sun at the mystery location before going for a swim.
