Denise Richards ‘wants ex to pay spousal support’ even though he claims to have ‘no income’

Denise Richards reportedly wants her estranged husband Aaron Phypers to give her spousal support.

According to reports by TMZ on Thursday, the actress (aged 54) is pursuing financial compensation from him and reportedly wishes to keep her wealth separate from him.

The request was initiated upon her submitting her response to Aaron’s divorce petition in July, as the site claimed.

It’s been stated by wellness expert, Phypers, in his court documents that he currently lacks an income.

In simpler terms, according to Phypers’ documentation, he claims that Richard’s income from OnlyFans, brand partnerships, television shows, and public appearances was more than $250,000 per month, positioning her as a consistently profitable entity in the entertainment industry, much like the classic Bond girl characters.

Furthermore, in her submission, the website stated that she hadn’t provided a separation date, instead using the term “To Be Determined.” On the other hand, Aaron asserted that the separation occurred on July 4th, according to his filing.

Daily Mail has reached out to Richards’ reps for comment.

Last month Phypers claimed Richards never made his adoption of her daughter official.

The 52-year-old businessman has alleged family harm.

This week’s submitted documents, acquired by People magazine, show that he asserted Denise made him legally adopt 14-year-old Eloise, whom he referred to as his “unofficial daughter” due to their nearly decade-long bond, but did not follow through with the necessary legal filings.

Aaron claimed that even though he took care of his daughter as if she were his own after filing for divorce, he does not have legal custody of her.

He stated, “This action has resulted in extensive damage, highlighting the unbalanced approach Denise tends to take in this situation.

In response to Denise’s request, a judge was asked to mandate that Aaron, along with his family, vacate their residence in Calabasas. This would allow Denise to gather her possessions, particularly her dogs, without violating the current temporary restraining order, to which she and Aaron are both subject. Following this request, Aaron made some comments in response.

In his reply, Aaron expressed that he has no objection to Denise collecting her uncontested personal belongings, as well as items of her mother’s, and taking measures to safeguard the dogs’ wellbeing. However, he does not agree with any ongoing access or removal beyond a pre-arranged, itemized list.

He proposed three different dates so she could collect her belongings, with the stipulation that these terms would ensure fairness for both parties, avoiding potential disagreements and safeguarding any contested or communal items.

Meanwhile, as Denise collects her items, Aaron requests approval to grab his personal and professional possessions kept at the three residences of his ex-wife, which she occupies either concurrently or during the same timeframe specified by a court order.

He mentioned: ‘This list encompasses items such as personal items, office technology, tools, furniture, documents, reading materials, exercise equipment, a motorcycle, home appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers), construction supplies (nails, wires, cupboards), computers, laptops, and power generators.’

As a devoted enthusiast, I can’t help but feel a sense of responsibility towards the treasured collectibles that I temporarily possess. These pieces belong to others who have generously lent them to me, and it’s my duty to ensure their safe return. Delaying retrieval could potentially lead to loss, legal issues, or disputes with their rightful owners – a scenario I eagerly wish to avoid!

Aaron asked for him and Denise to be away from the site during the retrieval operation, with only animal handlers and movers being present. He also suggested that they prepare a list prior to the exchange, excluding any electronic devices or data-carrying items. The retrieval should take place within a two-hour window, between 9 am and 5 pm. Additionally, video recordings of the entry and removal of all items are required, and any disputed items must remain undecided until a stipulation or further order is made.

He asserted that Denise has been holding back business or office equipment for over 50 days, and at present, she is the only one managing the joint finances from the marriage.

He is asking for financial assistance from the ex-Real Housewives star to cover his lawyer costs totaling $75,000 and also requires an extra $140,500 to settle outstanding debts, which include overdue rent for a period of seven months.

Once more, Aaron has refuted his ex-spouse’s accusations that he inflicted repeated abuse during their union. He maintains he never inflicted physical harm on her, but rather, it was him who was denied property, income, access to his child, and family resources.

Additionally, he reiterated his claim that during their marriage, Denise was unfaithful and committed acts of adultery, which contradicted her previous promises to cease such behavior before their separation.

This comes after Charlie Sheen said he feels ‘shame shivers’ over his turbulent past.

The 59-year-old actor is currently marking eight years free from substance abuse, and recently opened up candidly about his wild party past in an interview.

Charlie described to People magazine that self-forgiveness remains a work in progress, as he continues to experience moments of profound guilt or shame, which he refers to as ‘shame chills’.

These are the instances that resonate deeply with me, filled with painful recollections, actions, and outcomes. Fortunately, they happen less often now, which suggests some improvement. An intriguing aspect of making amends has been people saying things like, ‘Hey, no worries! We’re fine, but we hope you’ve also found forgiveness within yourself.’

As a passionate enthusiast looking back on my journey, I climbed to notoriety through memorable performances in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Platoon. Later, I graced the small screen as a top-earning actor in Two and a Half Men. However, my path was not without its hurdles – I weathered lengthy periods of scandal and struggled with substance abuse issues throughout the years.

During the 1990s, he admitted to spending over $50,000 on escort services provided by Heidi Fleiss, who was famously known as the “Hollywood Madam”.

During the divorce process with his second wife, Denise Richards, in 2005, allegations arose that he had made threatening remarks about death, pushed her, and potentially put their children at risk.

In 2010, there were reports that he was kicked out of New York’s Plaza Hotel due to damaging a room while under the influence of cocaine. Charlie clarified to People magazine that he has no intention of going back to drug use, stating: ‘I prefer to believe that the next time I try it, it could be fatal.’

In his upcoming autobiography titled “The Book of Sheen,” he shares stories about his past drug usage including crack, heroin, and testosterone cream, which he described as causing him to act like a madman. He reminisced: “At my parties, I would often state: ‘Leave your judgements outside. No suffering in the bedroom. And no one can perish.’ These were sensible guidelines.

Charlie admitted that his indulgence stemmed from the apprehension of losing his fame. Moreover, he shared this thought: “I’ve always had a nagging concern that my success wouldn’t last forever, so I made sure to savor it fully.

Charlie is the father of four kids; two older daughters, Sami (age 21) and Lola (age 20), whom he had with Denise, as well as 16-year-old twin boys Max and Bob, who are from his marriage to Brooke Mueller, his third spouse.
