Taylor Swift Super Bowl bombshell… as friends reveal new ‘shared memory’ for her and fiancé Travis Kelce

According to her songs, Taylor Swift has undoubtedly achieved much more than just dating a boy from the football team.

And now, she may be performing during the greatest football game of all.

After Taylor Swift announced her engagement to NFL player Travis Kelce last month, speculation flourished about her potential performance at the Super Bowl half-time show.

Swift hasn’t dabbled in the slot machine game yet, but she would become part of an impressive group of pop icons who have done so, such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Madonna, Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, and Lady Gaga.

Enthusiasts of Taylor Swift can tentatively celebrate, as a reliable source has shared with the Daily Mail that discussions are indeed taking place about the possibility of her performing at the upcoming Super Bowl. This event is set to take place on February 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

According to our source, the NFL plans to announce something around the time just before Thanksgiving.

As soon as the NFL secures a performer, they promptly organize a ‘marketing and photoshoot session’ to ensure all preparations are completed well ahead of the Super Bowl in February. Fans of football should know who the performer is by October, as that’s when contracts will be signed and finalized.

However, Swift isn’t the only star in the running.

As reported by an informed source, Jay-Z and his company, Roc Nation, are considering a more country-style production. They’re exploring the possibility of inviting artists such as Post Malone and Jelly Roll to join the project.

Since Jay-Z and Roc Nation struck a partnership with the NFL in 2020, they have been responsible for producing the Super Bowl halftime shows. This collaboration has resulted in performances by artists like Kendrick Lamar, Usher, Dr. Dre, The Weeknd, as well as additional special guests that they’ve invited to join them.

If Swift decided to perform, she’d likely have many top-tier artists eager to join her on stage. Notably, she invited Phoebe Bridgers, Maren Morris, Haim, Hayley Williams, Ice Spice, Sabrina Carpenter, and Gracie Abrams during the successful, record-breaking international stops of her Eras Tour.

One reason Swift might perform at football’s major concert is because our source claims that she has a strong desire to appear during halftime, and Travis Kelce is reportedly involved as well.

35-year-old Kelce is on the brink of what many perceive as his final season. If the Kansas City Chiefs were to qualify for a historic third Super Bowl in succession, performing at halftime would make for an unforgettable shared experience for Kelce and his partner – a detail our source mentioned as a potential highlight.

If not next year, Swift hopes to perform the show several years down the line so that Travis can enjoy it. This way, if by some chance the Chiefs are playing in the game, Travis won’t have to miss out and stay in the locker room instead.

Despite her desire to take on more, the millionaire pop star has no obligation to do so, since her career is already thriving in its current state, a confidant noted.

Swift and Roc Nation did not respond to requests for comment.
