Jennifer Aniston compares gruelling The Morning Show filming schedule to childbirth as she poses with her co-stars for stylish Glamour shoot

In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston likened the demanding shooting schedule for The Morning Show to giving birth.

In the most recent issue of Glamour, the actress from Friends (who is now 56 years old) shared her experiences about how challenging it was to film the series.

In the interview, Aniston was accompanied by her co-stars from The Morning Show: Reese Witherspoon, Marion Cotillard, Karen Pittman, and Nicole Beharie.

The fourth season of the popular television series, focusing on a morning news program, is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on September 17th.

Every year since wrapping the first season, I’ve felt like I’d reached my limit-almost as if I were done for good. But time heals, and eventually, I manage to move on from the exhaustion it caused. Then, when asked about potential future series, I sometimes wonder…

It feels similar to how I imagine childbirth might be when my friends say, ‘You seem to quickly move past the memories, and before you realize it, you find yourself in another situation.’

Finishing a season feels like continually pushing a watermelon through a small opening, only to find that the task must be repeated. There’s something truly remarkable in resisting the urge to say ‘I’m finished,'”

This version maintains the imagery of the original while using more formal and clear language. The phrase “resisting the urge” is used instead of “not saying those words,” which is a bit more direct and easy to understand.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I firmly believe in the power of taking a break to rejuvenate. When life gets hectic, it’s crucial to step back, detach, and find an outlet to let go of stress. In my personal experience, nothing works better for me than diving into comedy – whether it’s performing or watching – to help me unwind swiftly.

During the interview she also discussed what beauty procedures she has done.

The actress, renowned for her timeless appearance and fit physique, shared insights into her beauty routine in the most recent issue of the magazine.

In an exhilarating moment, during a lively group conversation, I found myself engaged in a delightful exchange with the radiant Marion Cotillard. In the midst of our chat, she confided in us her secret to maintaining her captivating beauty – undergoing facial treatments and laser therapies, the ultimate skincare indulgences!

Although rumors have swirled about her undergoing plastic surgery, it remains unconfirmed as she has neither admitted nor denied the speculation. This is fueled not only by her seemingly youthful appearance but also by a sighting of her outside a plastic surgeon’s office in Connecticut with friend Sandra Bullock last year.

At this facility, they primarily focus on procedures like facelifts and rhinoplasties, but they additionally provide services for Botox treatments, as well as other injectables such as Kybella.

The topic of maintaining a youthful appearance arose when Aniston was questioned about growing older, but at the age of 49, Cotillard intervened to express that Aniston has inspired her to embrace aging with confidence.

‘That means so much to me,’ Jennifer replied.

Growing up, we didn’t have the type of role models that I currently see. Regarding aging gracefully, I believe my wellspring of optimism and positivity is everlasting – some might call it youthfulness. However, I think it boils down to how we appreciate our bodies and embrace our current state, as expressed by her.

Jennifer went on to explain, ‘I understand what facials and lasers are for, but I prefer to refer to my maintenance as being taken care of.’

Instead of passively accepting the graying of my hair, I choose to stay active and view it as a reminder that we only have one body, so I will strive to take good care of it.

She remarked, “To me, it carries significant weight when Marion, whom I view as an embodiment of warmth, light, grace, and skill, shares such sentiments.

While Aniston has admitted to doing Botox in the past, she said it was not for her.

2015 saw Jennifer Aniston expressing her dislike for Botox injections. Contrary to popular belief, she is not a frequent user of these cosmetic procedures.

In my opinion, I haven’t ventured down that path myself, but I can see how the excessive use of cosmetics can become problematic. To me, it seems extravagant and doesn’t align with my personal style. Furthermore, when people become accustomed to such heavy makeup application, they may lose sight of what a natural look entails. Changing back to a more minimalist approach can be challenging, as it has essentially become their ‘new normal.’
