On Monday, it was officially revealed that KSI will join the panel of judges for Britain’s Got Talent after impressively stepping in during the previous year.
Prior to the start of the 19th season of the popular ITV program, the YouTube sensation will be part of the judging panel alongside Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon.
It’s been disclosed that Bruno Tonioli, a previous judge on Strictly Come Dancing, has chosen to resign from his position following the completion of three series.
In an Instagram post, KSI openly expressed his longing by saying, “I truly miss Britain’s Got Talent,” followed by reaching out to Simon [Cowell].
He was seen in the clip dreaming about pressing his big red buzzer during daily activities.
In a conversation over FaceTime, the music mogul and head judge expressed their desire for the rapper to return as a permanent judge on Britain’s Got Talent in 2026, saying, “Could you please make your comeback as a full-time judge on BGT in the year 2026?

Celebrating the news, KSI screamed, ‘Let’s go!’ as he was showered with gold confetti.
Due to conflicting schedules, Bruno has had to relinquish his position in the upcoming ITV series, as he needs to travel to America to shoot the next season of Dancing with the Stars instead.
Bruno Tonioli announced that after an amazing three seasons, he regretfully decided to leave his position as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, having been exposed to an immense amount of remarkable talent along the way.
During this time, I’m eagerly anticipating shooting another season of Dancing with the Stars in America, but I can’t help but feel a pang of longing for the pandemonium and delight that Britain’s Got Talent provides. Additionally, I’ll dearly miss the amazing individuals I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with on this show.
This team is exceptionally talented and consistently delivers excellent television. I have no doubt that KSI will bring his impressive skills to the judging panel, given his proven track record this year.
Bruno joined BGT in 2023 following David Walliams’ departure.
Following his stint as a substitute judge during the recently-aired season 18, it’s clear that KSI captured viewers’ hearts with his vibrant energy and contagious excitement, showcased on their screens.
Demonstrating his knack for discovering talent, it was Harry Moulding, chosen as KSI’s golden buzzer act during a live show, who ultimately won Britain’s Got Talent. This victory earned him a £250,000 cash prize and a coveted spot on the Royal Variety Performance lineup.

KSI expressed his heartfelt gratitude and joy, stating that he feels privileged to be a member of the Britain’s Got Talent crew once more for this new season.
‘I had such a good time last year and I can’t wait to see some more top talent.
I’m bursting with enthusiasm, raring to get started, and I’m thrilled beyond words to make this year’s Britain’s Got Talent the most fun-filled season yet! Here we go!
The popular talent show, Britain’s Got Talent, plans to start recording again towards the end of this year. The 19th season of the competition is expected to be broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX in the year 2026.
