Clash Royale makes its comeback in September, bringing a playful and somewhat ‘vintage’ update as Season 75, titled “Back to Drool,” takes over the battle arenas. This dragon-themed season introduces exciting evolutions, including a new spell card that promises to stir up the game dynamics. Here’s a complete rundown of everything you can expect this month.

New Spell: Vines
In Clash Royale, a new card named Vines is introduced as the 121st card in the game. This Epic spell requires 3 Elixir to cast. Once deployed, Vines will target the three units or buildings with the highest Health within a radius of 2.5 tiles. It immobilizes them for a while, inflicts persistent damage over time, and also grounds air troops temporarily if they are within the affected area.

The strength of deploying both ground and air troops is quite substantial. Starting from September 1st, you’ll have access to Vines for free, which can be claimed via the Supercell Store.
New Card Evolution: Baby Dragon
For Season 75, the Baby Dragon Evolution takes center stage. This is its third evolution, following the Inferno Dragon and Electro Dragon. The Skeleton Dragons are currently the only ones without an evolved form. Unlike previous updates that fine-tuned stats, this evolution introduces a fresh ability called “Friendly Drag.
During an attack, the Evolved Baby Dragon creates a whirlwind that boosts nearby friendly units by half their speed for a short period. Conversely, it slows down enemy units by about one-third of their speed. This effect persists for up to six seconds post-combat if the dragon remains alive. However, this special ability can only be activated once every two cycles.

The removal of the seasonal shop has also impacted the Pass Royale, as both the free and premium rewards have undergone modifications, which I’ve detailed in the table provided.

This includes a variety of Gold Crates, Lucky Drops, Card Boost Potions, and even a few Wild Shards. The journey doesn’t end there; you’ll find yourself grabbing a handful of Giant Chests and some Battle Banners as well. Let the gaming fun begin!
If you choose the Diamond Pass, things become significantly more thrilling! You’ll gain access to 6 Baby Dragon Evolution Shards, a multitude of Wild Cards spanning all rarities, a Magical Chest, and even a Legendary King’s Chest. Moreover, an exclusive Tower Skin is now confirmed for the Pass Royale with this update.
The “Dragon’s Festival Skin” can be obtained when you advance to Tier 10 in the Premium Track of the Pass Royale. This also includes an “Emote,” increased chances for “Lucky Drops,” and additional benefits such as a golden name, the ability to rejoin challenges without cost, and premium gifts for your clan.
Other Updates
In this update, you’ll see numerous banners incorporated. Additionally, new Baby Dragon evolution emoticons are being introduced. As per the norm, various cards will be given a power-up, including the Tornado, Baby Dragon, Balloon, and Golem. Although the September 2025 Balance Updates have not been revealed yet, we have made adjustments to Merge Tactics.
