If prosecutors succeed, Kelly Wolf, the former wife of actor Scott Wolf, may face restrictions on using social media during the course of her ongoing case.
In light of her recent Instagram post that apparently shared the personal phone number of a 57-year-old actor from “Party Of Five,” prosecutors have requested a judge to include a restriction on social media usage as part of her bail conditions. This request, made public through court documents acquired by Us Weekly, is aimed at maintaining order in the ongoing case.
The judge has not yet weighed in on whether they’ll restrict Kelley’s access to social media.
As I, a devoted follower, report, a recent turn of events unfolds in Kelley’s case. Court documents, as per the Daily Mail’s scrutiny, indicate that her ex-husband, Scott, has been issued a temporary protective order, directed towards his estranged wife who is 48 years old.
representatives from both Kelley and Scott have been reached out to by The Daily Mail for their comments, however, neither has replied as of now.
On Thursday, a judge approved the actor’s request for a temporary protective order against his ex.

On Tuesday, Scott submitted his request, which coincided with the day when Kelly is said to have released personal information about him, prior to her arrest.
A hearing has been scheduled for September 10, providing Scott with an opportunity to express his intentions regarding a potential extension on the order.
As stated in an affidavit received by The Daily Mail, the police officer who was dispatched to Scott’s location noticed that he started getting numerous calls and texts from unknown individuals, around the same time when Scott is said to have shown the officer Kelley’s post containing his phone number.
Later, Officer X apprehended Kelley for two offenses: one count of disturbing communications via electronic means, and another for revealing personal identification details electronically.
Based on a Daily Mail report about a charge sheet against Kelley, the District Attorney of Summit County subsequently accused Kelley of two instances of unlawfully revealing personal identification details. These charges are classified as Class B misdemeanors.
Previously, a grand jury charged Wolf with two misdemeanors on Thursday, due to accusations that she had leaked personal information (known as doxxing) about her ex-partner after her arrest on Tuesday.
Based on a report from the Daily Mail, Kelly, aged 48, faces charges brought by the Summit County Attorney for two offenses related to the unauthorized release of personal identification data. Each charge is classified as a Class B misdemeanor.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share this intriguing tidbit: court records reveal that she’s had brushes with the law in the past, specifically for one count of harassment via electronic communication and another for exposing personal identifiers online.

According to an affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, the police officer who arrested Wolf’s estranged wife claimed that she supposedly shared Wolf’s phone number publicly, causing him to be inundated with numerous calls. This happened during a time when the officer was responding to a previous complaint alleging harassment against his ex-wife.
The spokesperson for Summit County Jail informed the Daily Mail that Kelley had managed to post a $5000 bond, and she’s expected to be discharged from the jail soon.
The Daily Mail has reached out to the representatives of Kelley and Scott, seeking a response, but has not yet heard back.
Based on the police report, an officer was dispatched to Scott Wolf’s residence in Park City, Utah, following a call he made. In the call, he mentioned that he had been receiving numerous text messages from his divorcing spouse.
Subsequently, Scott is said to have received a call from what appeared to be Kelley’s phone number. He chose to answer the call on speakerphone, allowing the officer to listen in. However, the line remained eerily quiet once he picked up.
Soon after Scott began getting numerous calls and texts from people he didn’t recognize, the officer went on to explain, indicating that Scott stated that all these callers were unfamiliar to him.
Subsequently, it is reported that the actor may have accessed his former spouse’s Instagram account on his mobile device, where a now-removed post was displayed, potentially disclosing Scott’s phone number to those viewing the page.
As reported by the officer, Kelly appears to have written: ‘Shall we allow Dimples to handle his own press, correct? This elderly lady could use a warm embrace. And some steak too! Plus, a night out!’ [sic]

She then allegedly listed the phone number, adding, ‘Good luck yall!’
Scott reportedly acknowledged that ‘dimples’ was a nickname given to him, and he expressed his frustration about the wave of unexpected phone calls from strangers following the doxxing incident, describing it as a significant inconvenience. During their interaction, the officer noted around 24 calls coming in within the first 10 minutes alone.
The officer reported that he subsequently went to Kelly’s residence in Peoa, but she is claimed to have declined to open the front door. Instead, he said she talked to him through an open window.
Following the officer informing Kelley that he had noticed a post containing Scott’s phone number from her, she declined to address the allegation and instead began firing back with her own accusations.
The police officer informed Kelley that there was reason enough to take her into custody, yet he chose to wait outside as she swapped her bathrobe for more suitable attire. Once she was dressed appropriately, she exited and willingly submitted to the arrest.
As an unabashed admirer, let me recount a detail from the detention request section of an arrest affidavit: The officer shared with us that family members reported to him that my beloved hero, Kelley, had exited an inpatient care facility following her commitment to treatment. However, upon release, it’s been alleged that she refused to pursue any additional therapy.
The judge’s order mandates that Kelley should engage in either inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, mental health, or psychiatric therapy.
As a committed follower, I was instructed by the judge to abstain from drinking alcohol and consuming any medication not legally prescribed for my personal use.

Kelley was additionally advised not to reach out to anyone who could potentially serve as a witness for the case, encompassing her estranged husband, Scott.
Before her arrested, Kelley posted about police arriving at her house on her Instagram Stories.
Officers are at my home for what seems like an arrest, but I’m clueless about the reasons. Deputy Norton requested compliance, which I’ll do. Rest assured, I am not suicidal or a threat to anyone. I assure you, I’ve done nothing wrong.
He stated that he would end up in Summit County Jail. He mentioned being escorted to a cell, where he would remain while a judge decided on a ruling. His fear and confusion are palpable given that he was moments away from going on a date, the first time he felt like he could breathe freely again.
Could you please lend a hand? It seems there might be grounds for suspicion of a crime, but I want to clarify that I have no mental health issues, am not on any drugs, haven’t been arrested, or received speeding tickets. I hope you can advocate for me in this situation!
On Monday, an ex-participant from Real World: New Orleans disclosed that Deputy Nay from Summit County had been sending her messages concerning a welfare check, which occurred eight months following her plea for police assistance, amid accusations of child abuse against the 57-year-old former star of Party of Five.
For the past half a year, Kelley has been freely talking about her upcoming move to Australia, occasionally mentioning private jet service Wheels Up in her conversations.
The wolf, allowed three monitored video or phone conversations each week with her three offspring, seemed agitated and irritable during her recent live broadcast of a meeting with two children after a gap of around three months.

‘We love you,’ Scott said in the disturbing clip.
‘I don’t love you,’ the FLOW life coach shot back at Wolf.
Lucy, I adore you! The same goes for Miller. I’d be happy to meet Jackson. But listen, your family… well, they’re giving off some not-so-great vibes. You might say they’re pretending to be friendly but with hidden intentions. I don’t want any more encounters like this one. If you or any of your family members show up here again, I’ll have no choice but to call the authorities.
On Tuesday, it was fully clarified why 16-year-old Jackson, Kelley’s son, was missing during the recent visit. He cleared up the situation by posting three stories on Instagram, detailing the reasons for their estrangement.
The sophomore shared, “I have no connection with my mother at all. Due to her severe mental illness, she has become a completely different person. I deeply regret any harm caused to those who have experienced physical or emotional abuse from her.
‘Everything Kelly claims about my father is untrue. He is not an abuser, manipulator, or drug addict.’
In this version, the sentence structure has been simplified and the negative phrases have been reorganized to clarify that all statements made by Kelley are false.
Jackson went on to say, ‘He’s an exceptional father and a wonderful individual. He genuinely hopes for my mother’s well-being.’
Jackson ended by presenting screenshots of concerning messages in which Wolf stated she was no longer their mother: “If some of you are backing this version of my mother, it’s disgraceful. I adore my mother greatly, but she isn’t acting like herself at the moment.

On August 15th, the actor from the show ‘Doc’, having initiated divorce proceedings on June 9 following 21 years of marriage, publicly revealed to People magazine a personal message from Kelley that suggested her accusations of domestic abuse against him were unfounded.
As a committed advocate, my approach to counter their stance becomes evident through crafting assertions that either align with or surpass their own, aiming to amplify the sense of urgency and ensure swift action for the safe return of our children.
‘Or at least get back joint custody.’
It’s worth noting that the individual who established The Cricket Project was admitted to a psychiatric facility against their will on June 13, due to unpredictable behavior and an attempt to remove their three children from the country. On July 6, another incident occurred in which they were involved with a knife.
In a divorce settlement finalized on July 19th, a judge in Utah mandated that Scott should temporarily offer his former spouse $10,000 per month to cover her living expenses, car installments, the required minimum payments on credit cards, and certain legal fees.
In the upcoming second season of the medical drama “Doc,” created by Barbie Kligman, actor Wolf will once again take on the character of Dr. Richard Miller. This series is set to debut on Fox on September 23.
Initially, the ex-sorority companion gained recognition on reality television shows. She made her debut on MTV’s The Real World: New Orleans in the year 2000, continued her journey on The Challenge in 2002, and more recently, she returned for The Real World Homecoming in 2022.
