The popular game, COD Mobile, is about to begin a fresh chapter with Season 8, named Twilight Heist, set to launch on September 3, 2025. This update introduces an innovative Ranked Festival system, themed events for the season, and the highly anticipated introduction of the Mythic RAM-7. Here’s what you should know about this new season!

New Event System: Ranked Festival

In Season 8, a fresh event called the “Competitive Tournament” is introduced, offering rewards through competitive matches in Ranked Mode, either Multiplayer or Battle Royale. By participating, you can achieve milestones that reward items such as the “ASM10 – Chaotic Havoc”, along with the standard progression awards for ranked play.

New Seasonal Events

Secret Cache Recovery

Don’t worry if you haven’t found the Secret Caches yet! The Secret Cache Event is here for a chance to get them back. You can find and recover these Caches by finishing matches throughout both weekdays and weekends. There are additional chances to gather missed rewards each day as well, by playing regularly.

Alchemy Stars Re-Run

The collaboration with Alchemy Stars is back again, bringing themed tasks and incentives. For players who couldn’t participate in the previous event, there’s a chance to obtain the Grau 5.56 – Focused Store Blueprint as a reward.

Clan Leaderboard Event

Clans can strive to reach high positions on the leaderboard, earning prizes such as the Wraith – Rustcrawler Operator Skin, as well as blueprints including the Type 25 – Mediator and ZGR 20mm – Sheer Precision.

Free Pass

The new rifle, the RAM-7 Assault Rifle, makes its first appearance, boasting mid-range capabilities, robust recoil management, and impressive control. Additionally, a fresh tactical addition, the Drill Charge, is introduced. This lethal device burrows into surfaces before exploding upon detonation. Among the freebies, players can also expect various skins, weapon designs, and Vault Coins.

Premium Pass

Premium Pass holders gain access to Operators themed around law and crime, such as Mace – Career Crook, Francis – Tactical Enforcer, Antonov – Reaper, and Portnova – Frenzied Mercenary. Weapons designs include the KRM-262 – Nitro-Neutralizer, TEC-9 – Lawful Guardian, Swordfish – Prison Warden, Arctic .50 – Fire Squad, and RAM-7 – Iron Justice.

Members of Ground Forces receive unique content such as the “Bulldozer – Mad Operator Skin”, “RAAL MG – Steel Standoff Blueprint”, and “Backpack 3 – Steel Standoff”. This exclusive package also offers experience point boosts and discounts on crates.

Challenge Pass

Players can acquire Tokens by finishing Standard, Special, and Elite tasks. These Tokens can be traded for items such as the M1 Garand Bayonet accessory, a new look for the Predator Missile – Guided Attack, and the Maddox – Legal Problem Blueprint design.

As a fan, I’m thrilled to unveil the Mythic RAM-7 – Nebula’s Brush, adorned with breathtaking cosmic visuals. This revealing also includes exciting rewards such as the Klepto – Twilight Traitor Operator Skin, the Smoke Grenade – Whorl of Midnight, and the Melee – Streaked Shoveler!

Cold Claw Series Armory

A cat-themed assortment includes the Locus – Shimmering Whiskers, M4LMG – Frosty Claw Dominion, Type 19 – Frosty Claw Cutter, MAC-10 – Pink Tabby, and ICR – Purrfect Crushing Device.

Different themed rounds include the Opposition Round with the ISO – First Protocol and Nikto – Flash Mob, and the Handler Round which includes R9-0 – Howl Cannon and Rodion – Unleashed Upheaval.
