Denise Richards gets ruptured breast implants fixed amid Aaron Phypers divorce drama

In the third season of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, she suffered an injury to her breast implants after making a jump from a bridge.

Now Denise Richards has repaired the damage – and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Denise consulted with Dr. Robert Cohen, a well-known plastic surgeon, whom she learned about through Camille Grammer, a former co-star on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, who herself had undergone an implant removal procedure performed by Cohen.

In an approximately seven-minute video produced for Dr. Cohen’s practice, the actress who played The Wild Things, now 54 years old, expressed her excitement about the treatment she underwent, exclaiming with anticipation, “I can hardly wait for swimsuit season!

As a die-hard admirer, let me share that Denise didn’t just have her breast implants fixed; she underwent a transformation! She opted for liposuction on her belly, sides (flanks), and bra line to skillfully incorporate the removed fat around her newly enhanced breasts, aiming for a more organic appearance.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but feel ecstatic that the breakthrough came just when it mattered most for Denise. It’s no secret she’s been going through a tough time following the acrimonious separation from her ex, Aaron Phypers. But now, with these positive developments, there’s a glimmer of hope on the horizon!

The video started by showing Denise talking casually with Dr. Cohen moments before her operation, revealing the accident that necessitated her surgery.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I recently took part in an exciting event and one of the daring activities involved leaping from a bridge. The descent was quite thrilling, but as I plummeted, I felt a sudden pop – a sensation I can’t quite pinpoint if it came from my neck, hips, or some other part of my body. Interestingly, I had experienced ruptured implants years prior, though those were of a distinctly different variety.

She indicated a sense of discomfort, describing it as a gradual, distorted appearance, which clearly confirmed her feelings. And, to her, these feelings were somewhat painful, she added.

Dr. Cohen personally observed when Denise sustained the injury within Special Forces, and he later acknowledged that it appeared more severe than his initial assumptions.

Dr. Cohen shared with me what transpired, which sparked my imagination. Consequently, I watched the show to confirm the details. To my dismay, it turned out to be more distressing than I had imagined!

Her means of injuring herself were certainly uncommon, yet it became clear why such an injury might have occurred.

Dr. Cohen suspects the injury damaged more than just her implants.  

He explained that not only did the implants get damaged, but it seems there was a bit of tissue damage too, which led to an overgrowth of scar tissue known as capsule contracture. This tightening of the scar tissue has affected her breast appearance, making it distorted, and caused some discomfort for her. However, he expressed confidence that he could not only enhance the aesthetic look of her breasts but also improve her comfort levels.

‘Just making her feel like her breasts were back to normal again,’ he said.

The video chronicled not just Denise prior to the surgery, but her recovery as well.

The actress shared insights about her healing process, sitting in bed the day following her operation. She wore a special supportive garment that would aid in her recovery.

She said from her bed, ‘Things are better than I expected considering I just had surgery. There’s a bit of pain, but it’s manageable. I thought it would be worse.'”

“She expressed her relief and feeling of well-being on the day after her surgery, saying ‘I feel surprisingly good. The pain is tolerable. I was worried it would be more intense.’ She added with a smile, ‘I’m so glad today is here and that I went through with it.’

As a fashion aficionado, I proudly declared, “This is my elegant choice in lingerie.” Surprisingly, they graciously bestowed upon me another equally sophisticated piece. I’m unsure of the duration I’ll be donning these fine garments.

A week later, Denise raved about her results.

‘I cannot believe it. I am so, so happy,’ she said.

I’m eagerly anticipating summer, and I’m thrilled about the body contouring I underwent! It was a new experience for me, and now I understand the appeal of liposuction!

Reflecting back on my experience with Jeff Lewis Live earlier this year, I shared that I took a leap from a bridge as well – it was during that jump that I unfortunately ruptured my breast implants.

In my own words, I would express it as: “I experienced a rupture in both of my breast implants during the jump due to the harness I was using.

She acknowledged that she hasn’t finished the task yet, as it was due a month ago but was unable to complete it because they were filming. So yes, she still needs to have them done over again.

Richards also said that her insurance won’t pay the bill. ‘I have to pay,’ she said.

‘I think we pretty much signed our life away doing that show… It’s dangerous.’
