I can’t help but wonder, it’s almost as if something changed in me all of a sudden, and I swear it wasn’t here yesterday. Yet, it’s been a full year since I last made any minor adjustments.

‘I’m not certain if it’s because I’ve been shedding pounds, but I haven’t developed an “Ozempic face” yet. If I did, though, it would be fantastic at this moment.’

Over the years, I’ve had a more rounded face, as you can see. I appreciate the expressiveness around my eyes. Yet, something seems off now. It feels too extreme compared to what I expected at age 44. Is there an explanation for this sudden change?

A term called ‘Ozempic facial appearance’ refers to observable modifications in the face, including loose skin and a hollowed-out look, which may develop as a result of significant weight reduction. These changes are frequently linked to the consumption of medications such as Ozempic.

Simultaneously, a source shared with The Mirror that although Gemma seemed jovial about the matter, she was in fact genuinely worried behind the scenes.

She’s been consuming nutritious food consistently, and she’s managed to shed some unhealthy eating behaviors. It came as quite a surprise when she noticed how noticeable the impact of her weight loss was on her appearance.
