Charlotte Crosby’s fiancé Jake Ankers reveals ‘obsessed fan’ rang their doorbell after burglary forced the couple to move

As a dedicated admirer of Charlotte Crosby, I felt compelled to share that her partner, Jake Ankers, disclosed a rather unsettling incident recently. It seems an overzealous fan came knocking at their doorstep on a Monday, just a few months following an unfortunate burglary that led the couple to relocate.

In a chilling incident that occurred in November, the expectant mother from Geordie Shore, aged 35, found herself petrified alongside her partner Jake, as they became victims of an attempted armed home invasion at their residence in Sunderland, while she was carrying their second child.

After the difficult experience, Charlotte decided to sell her home and made it clear that she wouldn’t disclose the location of her new residence, as she had invested in additional security precautions.

Excitedly scrolling through my Instagram feed one day, I stumbled upon an update that took me back to a time when my heart pounded for nothing but the enchanting Charlotte. It seemed like fate had just handed me another tantalizing glimpse into her life, as Jake had shared a message from a devoted fan who dared to knock on the very doorstep of our cherished memories! This fan, in their eagerness to catch even the faintest echo of Charlotte’s presence, had rung the buzzer at her old house – a simple, yet profound act of devotion that resonated deeply within my soul as an obsessed admirer.

For more than thirteen years, my significant other has had deep affection for Charlotte, which I’ve known since the beginning… I took her to your house in an attempt to capture a photo together.

I attempted to press the doorbell to help her out, but there was no response. If you notice an unfamiliar person appearing in the camera feed, please understand that it was likely me, and I apologize for any confusion.

In his outburst, Jake expressed one reason for their recent move: Last year’s burglary has left them feeling vulnerable, and now they find themselves dealing with an unwanted situation – strangers asking for pictures with Charlotte at their home.

‘Though it’s clear she has supporters who adore her, dropping by uninvited to someone’s home, especially one with two babies inside, is absolutely inappropriate!’

‘A home should be a safe place not somewhere people can invade your privacy with your family.’

Discussing the recent episode of Live Laugh Luke, hosted by Luke Hamnett, Charlotte shared a harrowing experience and acknowledged that she was clueless about how to respond.

In a moment of intense fear, she chose to reach out to her mother Letitia instead of dialing 999, as this was the first time she hadn’t sought help from the police throughout her entire life.

She reminisced that there wasn’t much to discuss, as they had experienced a home invasion while she was expecting. Jake and Alba were present during the quick-moving events.

As I found myself downstairs, I could distinctly hear footsteps echoing throughout the house, accompanied by unfamiliar sounds that sent a chill down my spine. The footsteps were coming from upstairs, a part of the house I rarely ventured into. Fear had never gripped me so tightly, and I was left paralyzed with uncertainty as to what I should do next.

When Jake went upstairs, I was left in a quandary. I’ve never called the police before, so instead, I phoned my mom and asked her to call the authorities about the situation.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I might say: “I’m glad Jake was around when those intruders came calling. They didn’t even get a chance to rummage through our belongings, for we were already on the lookout for a new home since our current one was simply too spacious for us.

In this scenario, the event was recorded by their baby monitor, and Jake pursued the masked people away from home, while she, holding their child Alba, remained at the foot of the staircase.

She recently told The Sun: ‘I won’t share my house anywhere online again.

Our current security measures are extremely stringent, and they come at a high cost. You might expect everything from top-tier protective services; however, there is no personal bodyguard on hand!

Charlotte was nearly full-term, being eight months pregnant at the time. Her little girl Pixie arrived on January 31st only a few weeks afterward.

In 2021, the pair decided to live together and started renovating a large, expensive-looking house (worth more than £1.4 million) that they had recently moved into.
