Jenni Falconer, 49, flaunts her washboard abs in sizzling bikini-clad snaps as she continues to share a glimpse into her sun-soaked holiday in Greece

Jenni Falconer sent temperatures soaring in bikini-clad snaps as she took to Instagram on Monday.

The television host, aged 49, appeared remarkable as she persisted in offering glimpses of her joyous family vacation in Greece, filled with fun.

Embracing the limelight effortlessly, I couldn’t help but showcase my toned physique in a petite, alluring black swimsuit, revealing my well-sculpted abs to the world for the first time.

In the next photo, she changed her black bikini bottoms to a leopard-print string bikini and donned a kimono robe featuring a blue and white koi fish pattern.

Next, the presenter drew attention with her stylish blue crochet summer dress while standing before the breathtaking backdrop of the ocean, striking a pose.

Jenni concluded her carousel by posting a cute selfie with her husband James Midgley, an elegant photo of herself, and a captivating image of James and their daughter Ella Rose snorkeling together.

Alongside the post, she penned:  ‘Efkharisto….

Spending a fantastic week with my family in Greece was truly memorable. We enjoyed an incredibly beautiful getaway, made some wonderful new acquaintances, and shared some meaningful, high-quality moments together before starting the new school term.

Many people have been asking me about where we stayed on our recent trip. We chose to stay at the Daios Cove resort in Crete. It’s located on a hillside, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to book a room at the top – there are plenty of steps to navigate just to get to your accommodation! However, once you’re there, the beach is fantastic, the food and drinks were exceptional, the gym was top-notch, the view is breathtaking, and we had an unforgettable time overall. Enjoy your stay!

One afternoon or evening, we found ourselves enjoying a cruise on a boat. If you’re planning a trip to Crete someday, don’t forget to check out the recommendation from my earlier post.

I’m heading home now and setting my alarm for 4 a.m., as I anticipate an early beginning tomorrow. I’m really looking forward to getting back to work!

She married James Midgley in 2010 before giving birth to their daughter Ella Rose a year later.

In March, Jenni shared that for the past 34 years, she has abstained from consuming potato chips or fries, a decision driven by her commitment to fitness. She further stated, “I’ve never once tasted a Pringle nor enjoyed a meal at McDonald’s.

The well-known figure from television shared with Daily Mail that as a bet, her mother wagered a pound she couldn’t abstain from crisps or chips for a week. However, she’s successfully managed to steer clear of deep-fried snacks and fast food throughout her entire adult life, which means there are certain brands she has never sampled before.

During an interview with Daily Mail, a dedicated marathon runner shared that maintaining a disciplined routine, such as waking up early at 4am for the Smooth Radio breakfast show, is essential in her life. However, she occasionally allows herself to enjoy a margarita with friends as a treat.

Since turning 19 and starting to run regularly, this celebrity reveals that she no longer works out primarily for physical appearance reasons but rather for the positive impact it has on her mental wellness. She is grateful that the era of obsessive ‘heroin chic’ ideals, which focused on thinness, is now history.

She’s equally grateful that her daughter, Ella, won’t be swayed by fitness videos or aerobics anymore, as promoting weightlifting and gym training has become popular among influencers instead.

Jenni said: ‘I am quite good with my discipline to be honest.

On weekdays, my routine is as disciplined as a military drill sergeant – I’m up at the crack of dawn like a rooster, juggling multiple jobs while training for a marathon and fitting in gym workouts and golf games wherever I can. But come the weekend, I unwind with a well-deserved margarita. However, if you dare to test my resolve, rest assured, I’m the type of person who will stand firm like a rock!

At the age of fourteen, my mother wagered a pound with me that I couldn’t give up eating potato chips and french fries, two treats I adored. So, I accepted the challenge… I stopped consuming them… and here I am, 34 years later, still abstaining from these snacks.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, let me share my personal journey – ever since I decided to part ways with potato chips, brands like Pringles and Kettle Chips have entered the scene, but they didn’t factor into my decision back then. To this day, you won’t find me indulging in French fries, nor will you catch me at McDonald’s.

Jenni, the author of the recently published book “Runner’s High,” began running at the age of 19. Due to her hectic lifestyle not allowing for regular exercise, she found it challenging to identify with her appearance when wearing clothes.

Ever since then, running has become her passion. She’s participated in events like the London Marathon and the Royal Park Half Marathon, and her enthusiasm extends far beyond just the physical benefits it brings her.

She shared that she began her career in television when she was 19, about 30 years ago. At the time, she was studying at the University of Leeds while also working in Scotland, which made for a rather demanding schedule.

Back in those days, it seemed like no one was visiting the gym. Consequently, I also skipped working out, which led to a significant decline in my fitness level. I found myself struggling to recognize myself when I looked at my clothes. One day, I realized this wasn’t acceptable, as I didn’t want to succumb to ill health.

My perspective and motivation behind my running have undergone a complete transformation. Initially, when I began, I aimed to shape up and shed some weight, but running and physical activity are far more substantial than just those goals.

Currently, I exercise not primarily for the purpose of losing weight, but rather to foster a state of wellness, vitality, and longevity. My ultimate goal is to feel great rather than just look good, though it’s certainly pleasant when I do look good too. However, feeling good takes precedence over appearances.

Post-exercise, I appear quite disheveled. My face is flushed bright red, beaded with sweat, and there’s a layer of salt around my lips. I may emit an unpleasant body odor, but the feeling of exhilaration that follows makes every effort worth it.
