It’s fair to say that Noah Centineo, the rising acting sensation, has been disappointed in not getting a chance to play a superhero role more often than not. For years, he was one of the most sought-after actors for comic book roles, but his portrayal in the disappointing film “Black Adam” marked his first and so far only appearance in this genre.
Despite receiving negative criticism upon its release in 2022 and marking the final film in the DCEU under the current management before it was handed over to James Gunn and Peter Safran, Centineo’s portrayal of Atom Smasher stood out as one of the high points.
Due to the recent transfer of power in DC, the character portrayed by Centineo in the Justice Society turned out to be a one-time appearance only.
